Rice planting is an important part in the production process.The quality of rice cultivation will directly affect its seedling,tillering and growth,and further affect the economic benefits of rice production.Through the research about the farm and found,the most precise rice planter existing on the market adopt mechanical sowing adjustable device.Sowing can adjust amount within a certain range and displacement is instability.And the accuracy of sowing quantity is not high.Therefore this makes the seeding effect has a large difference with the expected and even cause a large of reduced production.This can not fully meet the requirements of agronomic sowing.Therefore,it is necessary for us to develop a more advanced seeding quantity adjustable rice seed drill.Based on a large number of domestic and foreign references and field farm household survey,this paper designs a set of rice precision seeding control system is based on sod control model.Based on the experimental study,rice seeding quantity is established and its key factors(rice moisture content,speed of seed wheel,different layer height).The mathematical model between sowing quantity control system is developed based on the model,precision adjustment,sowing quantity to achieve the purpose of precise seeding.The system can realize human-computer interaction through the touch screen,which can be used to select the type of rice,The yield per mu and the water content.At work,the touch screen interface shows the speed of the seeding machine,the rotation speed,the height of planting,the area of seeding and the distance of travel.This study mainly includes the following contents:(1)Completing the design of rice precision seeding control system which is based on sod control model.The system mainly includes main controller,power conversion module,data acquisition module,execution module and parameter display module.When working in the field,the line of the system will be centrally installed in a control cabinet to enhance the stability of the system and avoid the impact of the complex environment in the field.(2)Establishing of rice sowing control model.In this paper,it includes that designing the test of rice seeding,analyzing how the water content,row rotation speed and the height of seed layer impact on the single-ring displacement of rice planter and establishing the control model.(3)Designing the human-computer interaction interface of touch screen.The control system can be stopped at any time so that operators can master the operation of the control system in real time.In real time,it shows the speed of the seeding machine,the rotation speed,the height of planting,the seeding area and the traveling distance running information.(4)Testing the control system.Constructing platform for software and hardware systems which includes PLC controller,hall speed,ultrasonic ranging sensor and the touch screen,the actuating motor selection and design.Designing hardware principle diagram.Testing the software and hardware system.The experimental results show that the control system is stable and can be adjusted accurately.This study has established the rice seeding quantity control model under the influence of many factors.This control model is the core of planter.Speed sensor and distance sensor can collect the information about this rice planter.This information about rice planter can be transformed to the controller to achieve the effect of the precision seeding.This paper provides theoretical basis for the development of intelligent large-sized rice precision broadcasting machine.
