Wild soybean's advantages of salt-proof,alkali-tolerance,cold-resistence,drought tolerance, high resistance index, high calving rate and rich protein make it a key secondary protected plant and one of the most important crops in C hina.In order to better implement cross breeding and to make a scientific and reasonab le protect strategy for wild soybeans,it is imperative to conduct a comprehensive scientific genetic diversity research on wild soybeans. In this paper two kinds of molecular marker technique are used to analyze genetic diversity of wild soybean from northeast. The main results are as follows:1.14 pairs of SSR primers and 12 of ISSR primers were applied to study the genetic diversity of a total of 196 wild soybean samples from five populations in Northeast China. With the identical sample scale, genetic diversity index of wild soybean obtained from two molecular markers proved to be different.A total of 191 alleles were detected in the SSR primer group, including 161 polymorphic bands with an average of 13.64 allele locus,Shannon's index(I)was 0.76;A total of 140 alleles were detected in the SSR primer group, including 122 polymorphic bands with an average of 11.67 allele locus,.The Shannon's index(I)was 0.502.2.The percentage of polymorphic loci by SSR molecular markers was 82.85%.18.79% occurred among populations and 81.21% within wild soybean populations;the genetic diversity among populations(GST)was 0.311;the polymorphic loci index from the ISSR primer group was 40% occurred among wild soybean populations and 60% within wild soybean populations, the genetic diversity among populations(GST)was 0.173.3.SSR molecular markers technology and ISSR molecular markers technology show that the range of genetic identity of wild soybeans in Northeast C hina was 0.5980-0.8540 and 0.8040-0.8590 respectively. From the results o f cluster analysis, there was no significant correlation between genetic similarity coefficient and geographical distance.
