China's cultivated area in the tropics,with global climate warming,drought has become China's rubber industry to develop new hazards.The drought resistance mechanism research of rubber tree,has an important significance for the development of rubber tree breeding and planting rubber trees.In this paper,through the use of two kinds of wood material under the condition of several anvil Hevea clones the method,simulated drought,physiological determination of rubber tree seedlings under drought conditions,changes of photosynthetic characteristics and leaf anatomical characteristics,the mechanism of drought resistance were discussed;the use of membership function method,comprehensive analysis of different varieties of drought resistance strength.The preliminary results as follows:Drought treatment after the start of the two rootstocks material conditions,the response mechanism of several Hevea clones differ.In physiological reaction,divided into osmotic adjustment and oxidation antioxidant regulation.The permeability change is consistent,the lines will be through the accumulation of proline,soluble sugar and other substances to improve solute cell osmotic potential,proline,soluble sugar and soluble protein content increased with the time of drought growth.Changes of oxidative antioxidative substances in different content of different strains of Rubber Seedlings Leaves MDA increased with the growth of the stem from the drought treatment time;superoxide dismutase,peroxidase and catalase activity with drought treatment the growth of the time was first increased and then decreased.In the light of characteristics and reaction,after drought treatment,the chlorophyll content of strains a,a and B with chlorophyll b and chlorophyll With drought stress time growth downward changes,the content of chlorophyll a/b with drought treatment time was increased.The net photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate and stomatal conductance were decreased,the plantlets for rootstock conditions of DaLing 17-155 and RRIM513,and seedlings for heat reclamation the stock under the condition of 525 of the intercellular CO2 concentration increased after the first drop,the remaining lines increased.Drought stress will lead to changes in plant leaf water conservation,changes in various strains vary.4 strains of seedlings under the condition of rootstock seedlings and rootstock in Baoting under 933 and GT1,after 25d of drought stress,water loss rate of drought treatment decreased significantly in 12h,water holding capacity.The other four strains seedling Rootstocks(ReYan 87-4-26,ReKen 525,HaiKen 1 and RRIM513)in drought treatment 25d after drought treatment water loss rate than or close to the control treatment,water retention becomes weak.After 25d treatment,drought treatment strains of leaf thickness,leaf thickness etc.most of the strains decreased,vein protuberant degree becomes larger.In summary,through the research on the morphology and growth indexes,physiological and biochemical indexes,photosynthetic indexes and leaf anatomical structure indexes,which are subordinate function analysis,finally the seedling rootstock index obtained under different conditions of strains of drought resistance for BaoTing:933>GT1>RRIM513>DaLingl7-155 ridge,seedling rootstocks under different conditions of goods department of drought resistance:BaoTing 933>GT1>ReYan 87-4-26>RRIM513>Reken525>HaiKen 1Rubber seedling drought resistant strains of two rootstocks under the condition of drought resistance mechanism as a common form:higher proline,soluble sugar and soluble protein content;MDA content and superoxide dismutase,peroxidase,catalase activity;chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b and chlorophyll a content of B decreased slightly,chlorophyll a/b increased a lesser extent;net photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate and stomatal conductance decreased slightly,intercellular CO2 concentration increased a little;water retention increased;epidermal cell resistance material is thick,leaf tissue cells arranged closely,vein protuberant degree is larger.
