| Soil salinization severely restricts crop production and therefore has become one of the focuses of agricultural development.This experiment aims to screen crops adapted to saline-alkali land,the effect of Na Cl(0,100,150,175,200,225,250mmol/L)and Na2CO3(0,15,25,35,45,55,65 mmol/L)on five cruciferous vegetable at the germination stage,relevant parameters were used to evaluate the salt tolerance of five cruciferous vegetable under Na Cl(100 mmol/L)and Na2CO3(45 mmol/L)at the germination stage.Relevant parameters of 13 hemp varieties was evaluated under 215mmol/L Na Cl and 100 mmol/L Na2CO3at the germination stage,and relevant parameters of 13 hemp varieties were also evaluated at the seedling under 300 mmol/L Na Cl and 170 mmol/L Na2CO3comprehensive evaluate which cultivars were salt-tolerant cultivars by testing the parameters after salt stress at the germination and seedling,the consequence provide new cultivars for germplasm resources.The main findings are as follows:(1)The salt damage parameter of five cruciferous vegetable varieties at the germination stage showed an upward trend when salt concentration increased;the recovery germination potential and recovery germination rate showed a up-then-down variation with the increase of salt concentration.Other parameters decreased with the increase of salt concentration,suggesting the higher the concentration,the higher the inhibitory effect caused by salt stress.The parameters of the five varieties at the same concentration also have significant differences.Alkaline salt(Na2CO3)at the germination stage had higher effect on vegetable crop than the neutral salt(Na Cl).Under Na Cl stress,the relative value of sprout fresh weight and germination potential can be used as the main parameters to evaluate the salt tolerance of cruciferous vegetables at germination stage.Under Na2CO3stress,the relative values of radicle length,embryonic axis length,germination potential and germination rate can be used as the main parameters of salt tolerance during germination.(2)Under salt stress during the seed germination,all the 13 hemp varieties had the germination parameters lower than the control,except for damage index,recovery germination potential and recovery germination rate suggesting a severe inhibition to the seed germination caused by salt stress.Under Na Cl stress,the recovery germination potential,recovery germination rate and root-shoot ratio can be used as an important parameter to evaluate the salt tolerance of hemp during the germination period.Under Na2CO3stress,the main parameters of salt tolerance at the germination stage of hemp were the salt damage parameter,relative values of radicle length,germination rate and germination potential.(3)Under salt stress,the plant height,root height,and other growth parameters of the 13 hemp varieties were severely inhibited.The relative conductivity,MDA,proline,SOD and POD of most varieties after salt stress increased over those of control,but chlorophyll content decreased.Na2CO3stress is more harmful to hemp than Na Cl stress.Under Na Cl stress,the relative values of dry weight,plant height and relative conductivity can be used as the main parameters to evaluate the salt tolerance of hemp seedlings.Under Na2CO3stress,The main evaluation parameters of hemp seedlings are mortality,salt damage,and relative values of soluble proteins.(4)The results of the comprehensive evaluation showed that the salt tolerance of the tested vegetable varieties at germination stage under the stress of 200 mmol/L Na Cl,Hualiang 1>Kangda 3>Mi’nin Huang 1>Mi’nin Huang 2>Yunyuan Luo 1.The order of tolerance under 45 mmol/L Na2CO3stress was:Yunyuan Luo 1>Hualiang 1>Kangda 3>Mi’nin Huang 2>Mi’nin Huang 1.The comprehensive comparison of multiple parameters during the germination and seedling stages showed that the tolerance of hemp varieties to Na Cl stress was Jinma 3>Bama Huoma>Yunwan 6>Yunma 1>Qingma 1>Jinma 1>Wuda Lianchi>Yunma 5>Yunza 3>Yunma 7>Yunma 6>Wanma 1>Yunza 2.Under Na2CO3stress,the salt tolerance of hemp from high to low:Jinma 1>Yunma 7>Yunma 1>Yunwan 6>Yunza 3>Bama Huoma>Yunma 6>Wanma 1>Jinma 3>Yunma 5>Wuda Lianchi>Yunza 2>Qingma 1. |
