| Under the background of rapid economic development and rapid urbanization,the serious shortage of soil resources in China and the serious shortage of back arable land have become an important problem that restricts the rapid economic and social development of our country.Therefore,the protection of high quality tillage soil resources is an important way to alleviate the economic development,the ecological environment construction and the increasing pressure of the population to the demand of cultivated land resources,to ensure the food security,ecological security,economic security,and to ensure social stability and rapid development.Under this background,the potential of topsoil stripping and reuse of Liucheng County,the potential of supply and demand,the soil quality potential and the social economic potential are taken into consideration,and the literature research,spatial analysis,quantitative analysis and comprehensive evaluation are used to evaluate the potential and topsoil of the topsoil in the Liucheng County under the guidance of the evaluation of the cultivated land and the planning of the land renovation.The potential evaluation index system is constructed,and the potential evaluation results are discussed.The results show that are as follows:(1)The potential of topsoil stripping and utilization in Liucheng county is 995.47 hectares,mainly distributed in Dapu town and Shapu town,which accounts for 66.86% of the total area of the topsoil stripping.According to the evaluation of soil supply quantity potential and soil quality potential in the stripping area,the potential of stripping the surface soil is classified: The Dapu town and Shapu town are planning to occupy more than 200 hm2 of cultivated land.It has the advantages of taking up the quality of land surface soil,providing more surface soil and convenient construction,which belongs to the key peeling town.The Dongquan town and Liutang town are planning to occupy 50 to 100 hm2,which belong to secondary stripping town.The Longtou town,Fengshan town,Taiping town,Chongmai town,Zhailong town,Shechong town,Mashan town and Gupan town are planning to occupy less than 50 hm2,which belong to the lower grade stripping town.(2)In the study area,from 2016 to 2020,the cultivated land upgrading,high standard farmland construction,"double high" base construction,precision poverty alleviation land renovation and ecotype land renovation are 1025.76 hectares in total area,which distributed in all towns of Liucheng Country.Among them,The first grade area is Tai Po Town,Sha Po Town,Dong Quan town and six Tong town,which totals to 385.76 ha;The secondary grade area is 334.18 ha,mainly distributed in Dapu town,Shapu town,Dongquan town,Fengshan town,Liutang town and Mashan town;The third grade area is 300.59 ha,although the total area is less,it distributed in alls region of the country,which is closely related to slop,traffic conditions and reusing land area.(3)Based on the comprehensive,different,stable and dominant principles,this paper evluates the quantity of supply and demand and the quality of supply and demand in the peeling area and reutilization area of the cultivated land in Liucheng County,and through the analysis of the main problems encountered in Liucheng county's topsoil stripping and reusing the process of reuse,to the table of this area.Some guiding suggestions are put forward for the work of soil peeling and reusing.In view of the characteristics and existing problems of the reutilization of topsoil in Liucheng County,the scientific suggestions are put forward in the light of the evaluation results,for developing and improving the work of the local topsoil stripping and reusing.The purpose of this research aim to provides ideas and references for topsoil stripping and reusing of the Guangxi Province as well the whole country. |
