With the development of agricultural modernization and agricultural mechanization,precision agriculture has played an increasingly important role in agricultural production.In the precision agriculture system,precise application of pesticides is an important part.Accurate application of pesticides is an important measure to reduce the amount of pesticides used,increase the use of pesticides,and reduce pesticide pollution.There are many deficiencies in traditional pesticide application technologies,and the development of new pesticide application devices adapted to the development of modern agriculture has become a trend in current pesticide application technologies.In this paper,based on the characteristics of small and distributed land in the Huang-Huai-Hai area,based on variable application technology,automatic control technology was used to develop and design a suspended variable-variable spray bar sprayer.The sprayer can automatically or manually adjust the amount of spray according to the speed of travel to achieve the technical requirements of the variable spray to achieve a uniform spray within a unit area.According to the principle of variable-variable control system,the main function of the design is to ensure the uniform and uniform application of the dose per unit area.Research on variable-variable spray systems.According to the technical requirements,the closed-loop control principle is used,and through the modular design,the single-chip microcomputer is the main control core,and the control valve is the main implementing component to develop the controller design scheme.According to the design scheme,under the premise of realizing the function,the hardware components such as the detection element and the actuator are selected firstly;then the control circuit of the controller is designed,mainly including: the power supply circuit,the sensor circuit,the actuator circuit,and the integration The module circuit draws the PCB circuit board and designs the relevant software based on the circuit board.Finally,the prototype was processed and manufactured on the basis of the design plan,and the test was conducted in the field.The test results show that the sprayer spray uniformity and stability of this variable meet the technical requirements;changing the amount of dumping,the system’s actual spray volume and theoretical spray volume can be consistent.The actual spray volume and thetheoretical spray volume error are <15%,the system is stable and reliable,and variable spray requirements can be achieved.The research involved attempts for precise application of pesticides and variable sprays,and accumulated experience in improving precision application and variable spray technology.
