China is the world's major agricultural country,and agriculture is a traditional and basic industries of china.With the increment of population and decrement of cultivated land area,Increasing the output and quality of crops has become the focus of attention.Greenhouse is one of the development directions of modern agriculture,and it is outstanding in improving the utilization ratio of resource and the output of agricultural products.The environment factors such as temperature,humidity and light intensity in greenhouse have great influence on the growth of crops.Greenhouse parameters can be changed according to the best growing conditions of plants which can increase crop yields.Real time monitoring of greenhouse environment is a key technology for intelligent controlling of greenhouse,The traditional detection methods need to measure these environmental variables on the spot,which is time-consuming and laborious.For the above,a low-cost remote monitoring system for greenhouse environment based on embedded web server is designed in this paper,user can get greenhouse environment and crop growth without leaving home.The following research have been accomplished.Firstly,a overall solution for remote monitoring of greenhouse environment has been proposed.The S5PV210 embedded microprocessor is used as the core component of intelligent control and the Linux2.6 embedded operating system is used as the development platform.The system is divided into five modules: the air greenhouse degree acquisition module,the soil temperature and humidity acquisition module,illumination intensity acquisition module,video acquisition module and network transmission module.The sensor section and chip circuit are analyzed concretely.Secondly,the software development platform for embedded system is build and the overall design of system software is carried out.The construction of the Embedded system software development platform mainly includes the compilation and transplantation of Boot Loader,the compilation and transplantation of Linux kernel and the production and mount of the root file system.The system software design includes the application program and the driver of the server,the application includes main program,subroutine of each module and CGI program based on embedded web server,the driver includes the user mode driver based on I2 C subsystem and video capture subsystem driver based on V4L2 architecture.Finally,the system is comprehensively tested,Data collections shows that client can monitor the greenhouse environment and the growth of crops.
