Qingping pigs have certain advantages in reproductive traits such as short pregnancy and large number of litters.Screening for reproductive, carcass and growth traits by marker assisted selection can effectively speed up the breeding process of Qingping pig hybrids. In this study we selected 9 candidate genes: ESR,FSH?,PRLR,MC4 R,GH,IGF1,NR6A1,FUT1 and MUC13.In order to provide some theoretical basis for the breeding of Qingping pig cross hybrids in the production practice,we respectively conducted the correlation analysis of reproductive, carcass and growth traits. The results of this experiment are as follows:1.The average pregnancy of F1 and F2 population was 112.89 d and 113.36 d respectively, and the total number of litters was 12.42 and 9.98 respectively. The hybrid offspring(F1 and F2)of Qingping pig had advantages in short pregnancy.2.Association analysis of FSH?,ESR,PRLR,IGF1 and MUC13 gene in Qingping pigs:(1)There was not significant in the two populations for the predominance of FSH? different alleles. The different genotypes had significant effects on the number of live piglets in the F1 population, the total number of litters, the birth weight, the weaned piglet, the weight of 3 weeks age in the F2 population(P < 0.05).The favorable genotype is BB.(2)The predominant allele of ESR in two populations both were B allele. The effect of the three genotypes on pregnancy was AB<AA<BB,which had a significant effect on the pregnancy and mummification traits in the F2 population(P < 0.05).The AB type individuals of the ESR may have shorter pregnancy, and the A allele may increase the number of mummies.(3)The predominant allele of PRLR in F1 and F2 populations both were C alleles. There were extremely significant effects on the pregnancy and the number of papillae(left and right)(P < 0.01),and significant effects on total number of litters, number of piglets weaned,70 days of survival, and 70 days of age in the F1 population(P < 0.05).Different genotypes had significant influence on the number of weak litters, primary weight, weight of weaned piglets, and weight at 3 weeks age in the F2 population(P < 0.05).The favorable gene was the T allele.(4)The predominant allele of IGF1-1 and IGF1-2 were G and A respectively in the F2 population, and the favorable genotype maybe both AA.(5)The G allele of the MUC13 gene in the F2 population had obvious advantages. The effects of AG and GG on backfat thickness were close to significant levels, and the effects on weight of pregnancy, weaned piglets and weight at 3 weeks were significant(P < 0.05).The favorable genotype was GG.3.The effects on growth and carcass traits of MC4 R,GH and NR6A1 in the F2 population:(1)The predominant gene of MC4 R was G allele. There was significant difference in backfat thickness between different genotypes(P < 0.05).It had significantly effect on the average daily weight gain between AA and AG individuals(P < 0.05),and AA type was extremely significant difference from GG(P <0.01).The favorable genotype was GG.(2)The G allele of GH has obvious advantages. The effect of different genotypes on the average daily weight gain is close to the significance level(P?0.08),and the effect on the 100 kg age is extremely significant(P < 0.01).The favorable gene was the G allele.(3)The predominant gene of NR6A1 was A allele. The effect of different genotypes on backfat thickness was extremely significant(P <0.01).The favorable genes for carcass and growth traits were A and G alleles,respectively.4.We haven't yet detected the TT-resistance genotype of FUT1 in the F2 population, which showing an extremely monomorphic distribution. The trends of pregnancy, total litter size, birth weight, number of piglets weaned and weight reproduction at 3 weeks of age were all CT>CC,and the impact on the 100 kg age was close to the significant level. The favorable gene was T allele.
