One of the objectives of modern crop cultivation science to meet the needs of modern industrial hemp production, select the varieties scientifically, regulate the cultivation measures reasonably, and realize the harmonious development of the high yield of hemp and the ecological environment. In this paper,a field experiments were first conducted in Kunming,Yunnan Province to study the effect of different nutrient amount on the agronomic traits, dry matter accumulation and distribution, physiological and biochemical characteristics, and nutrient use efficiency of three industrial hemp varieties,in order to screen out the key cultivation techniques suitable for the production of industrial hemp at Kunming. At the same time,multi-site experiments were conducted at Luan,Anhui Province,Daqing,Heilongjiang Province, and Menghai,Yunnan Province to study the effects of planting density, fertilizing amount, and the ratio of N,P and K on the agronomic traits and yield of the local popularized cultivar, aiming to screen out the optimal density, fertilizer amount and the ratio of N,P and K for local industrial hemp cultivation. The aim of this work is to provide reference for high yield and efficient cultivation of industrial hemp. The main findings are as follows:1.Coupling effect of industrial hemp cultivars and their fertilizer requirementsThe effects of different nutrients on the agronomic traits of industrial hemp varieties Yunma 1,Yunma 5 and Yunma 7 were not obvious, and there was no varietal difference. At the weight of 600 kg/hm~2,the yield of industrial cannabis was the highest;under the same nutrient content, the output of Yunma 7 was the highest. The distribution of dry matter above the ground showed that the proportion of hemp leaves was greater than hemp skin.Increasing the amount of nutrients had a significant role in promoting the chlorophyll content, soluble protein content and nitrate reductase activity of industrial hemp, but the activity of acid phosphatase did not show regularity trend. The nutrient content of hemp leaf and hemp stem is the highest when the weight is 600kg/hm~2.The partial productivity of nutrient utilization index decreased significantly with the increase of nutrient content. The optimization cultivation measures in Kunming were:Yunma 7,with a density of 450,000plants/hm~2,a ratio of N,P and K of 3:1:2,and a total nutrient application amount of 600 kg/hm~2.2.Linkage relationship of planting density, nutrient proportion and fertilizer requirement of industrial hemp in different regions in ChinaThe optimized cultivation measures for industrial hemp production in Daqing Heilongjiang Province are cultivar Qingma 1,900kg/hm~2 of NPK nutrient,675,000plants/hm~2 and NPK nutrient ratio 3:1:2.The optimized cultivation methods for industrial hemp production in Luan Anhui Province are cultivar Wanma 1,600kg/hm~2 of NPK nutrients,450,000plants/hm~2 and NPK nutrient ratio 3:1:2.The optimized cultivation measures for industrial hemp production in the Menghai Yunnan Province are cultivar Yunma 1,600kg/hm~2 of NPK nutrients,450,000plants/hm~2,and NPK nutrient ratio 3:1:2.
