Pesticide Residue And Dietary Risk Assessment In Domesticate Sowthistle

In order to solve the safe use of fungicides and insecticides in Sowthistle,this paper conducted field experiments on fungicides and insecticides in Sowthistle in Hongqi Township,Harbin in 2016.The method of residual analysis of fungicides and insecticides in Sowthistle and soils was established,and the digestive and pesticide residues in Sowthistle and soil were studied for dynamic and final residues and were evaluated for dietary risk,The rational use of pesticides provides a scientific basis:(1)A sample pretreatment of Sowthistle and soil fungicides and a method for the determination of residual residue by gas chromatography and liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS)were established.When the concentration was 0.10 mg/kg,the recoveries of chlorpyrifos,pyritholone,cyhalothrin,acetamiprid,imidacloprid and carbendazim in Sowthistle and soil were 70.3%?107.9%,The relative standard deviation was 1.0%?18.1%.(2)The digestion of fungicides and insecticides in Sowthistle and soils was consistent with the first order kinetic model Ct =C0e-Kt,Pythium,carbendazim,chlorpyrifos,cyhalothrin,imidacloprid The half-lives of amphotylose in Sowthistle were 9.1d,4.8d,5.0d,8.3d,4.1d and 9.9d,respectively,and the half-lives in soil were 9.1d,9.5d,5.7d,7.8d,5.9d and 6.0d.(3)In the case of the highest recommended dosage and the recommended dose of 1.5 times,the number of times of application was 2 times and 3 times,and the application interval was 7d,the last application was 2d,3d,After 5d and 7d,the residues of carbapenem,carbendazim,chlorpyrifos,imidacloprid and acetamiprid were 0.04 mg/kg-0.32 mg/kg,0.02 mg/kg?0.74 mg/kg,0.02 mg/kg?0.15 mg/kg,0.01 mg/kg?0.07 mg/kg,0.07 mg/kg?0.61 mg/kg,and 0.02 mg/kg?0.16 mg/kg.This article gives the fungicide and pesticides in the Sowthistle on the rational application of recommendations:2 times,3 times the drug,the application interval 7d,harvest interval of 7d.(4)Under the good agricultural practices,the median residual value(STMR)of the bactericides and insecticides of Pythium,carbendazim,chlorpyrifos,cyhalothrin,imidacloprid and acetamiprid was obtained.(NEDI);percent of ADI by NEDI,%ADI is the risk of chronic ingestion,the smaller the ADI is,the smaller the risk is,the smaller the risk is,The greater the ADI,the greater the risk.The current final residue limit(MRL)gives the theoretical maximum daily intake(TMDI)in the population of all ages in our country.The MRL standard limits the level of protection for all age groups by the ADI and TMDI values.CPLc The higher the level of consumer protection,the smaller the CPLc,the lower the level of protection,the greater the CPLc,the higher the level of protection.
