With the continuous increase in the area of horticultural facilities,tomato is one of the main cultivated crops of the facility,achieving annual production and supply,but due to the continuous planting of tomatoes,continuous cropping obstacles have seriously affected the development of tomato facilities.Grafting seedlings is an effective method to overcome continuous cropping obstacles,but there are problems with low germination rate of rootstock seeds.Seed priming can increase seed vigor,promote seed germination,and improve seedling resistance.In this experiment,tomato rootstock seeds were used as materials and initiated with different solid substrates(vermiculite,perlite,sand,and soil).Different water content,different initiation time,dry back and dry back after germination of tomato rootstock seeds were studied.Impact,and the effect of seedlings on cold tolerance after initiation.The main results are as follows:1.The results of solid matrix initiation studies showed that the treatment with 50% water content of vermiculite had the best treatment for 4 days(V-50-4),and the germination power,germination index and germination rate were significantly higher than those of the control.Germination potential and germination rate were lower than those of the control.81.8% higher,35.3% higher,germination rate 64%.When the water content of pearlite was 40%,the best treatment was 4 days(P-40-4),and the seed vigor was significantly increased.The germination power and germination rate of P-40-4 were 62.5% and 30.4% higher than those of the control,respectively.Above the control,the germination rate reached 77.3%.The soil moisture content of 5% caused the germination index of S-5-5 treatment to be significantly higher than the control by 107.0%.Germination potential and germination rate were not significantly different from the control.Moisture content of 2.6% led to a 24.7% and 27.7% increase in germination and germination rates for the two days(G-2.6-2).Initiation of four different solid substrates could increase seed vigor,and the treatment with P-40-4 had the best effect.2.On the basis of the initiation of three solid substrates of perlite,vermiculite,and soil,each solid substrate was selected for better treatment.The germination potential and germination index of non-returned seeds of vermiculite were significantly higher than the germination potential of dried seeds.Stone water content 40% caused 5 days without drying(N-V-40-5),vermiculite water content 50% caused 4 days without drying(N-V-50-4)and vermiculite water content 50% caused 5 days without return The germination index of dry(N-V-50-5)treatment was 3.40,3.01,and 2.35 times that of the corresponding dry,and the highest germination rate of N-V-40-5 was 82.7%.40% moisture content of pearlite caused 5 days without drying(N-P-40-5),50% moisture content of pearlite caused 4 days without drying back(N-P-50-4),70% moisture content of perlite initiated for 5 days Back-drying(N-P-70-5)treatment can significantly increase seed germination potential.The germination rate of N-P-50-4 reached a maximum of 74.0%.There was no significant difference in the germination potential,germination index,and germination rate of dry-back and dry-backed seeds,and the highest germination rate was 81% in the S-5-5 treatment with water content of 5%.Different back dry treatments were best handled with N-V-40-5.3.There was no significant difference in seedling emergence rates from different treatments.The root length of tomato seedlings treated with N-P-50-4 was 21.2% higher than that of the control and the shoot fresh weight was 30.93% higher than that of the control,which was significantly higher than that of the control,and the stem diameter and underground fresh weight of the seedlings were increased to a certain extent.The plant height of N-V-40-5 treatment was 15.7% higher than that of the control,which significantly increased the plant height of tomato seedlings and increased the root to shoot ratio of tomato seedlings.The results of different treatment of cold tolerance of tomato seedlings under low temperature stress conditions indicated that N-V-40-5 treatment significantly increased the content of soluble sugar and soluble protein in seedling leaves,which was 226.6% and 72.0% higher than the control,and significantly increased CAT.Content,significantly reduced leaf relative conductivity and MDA content.The chlorophyll content of N-P-50-4 treatment was 28.9% higher than that of the control,which was significantly higher than that of the control and the MDA content was significantly lower than that of the control,which was 40.8% lower than the control.S-5-5 treatment significantly reduced the relative conductivity of the leaves.
