The quality of the thermal environment in piggery,such as airflow,temperature,relative humidity and concentration of harmful gases,is an important factor affecting the health,growth efficiency and pork quality of pigs.The ventilation system of piggery is a major factor that affects the air condition in piggery,and it is also an important means to control the thermal environment of piggery.Therefore,the effect of good ventilation system on the thermal environment quality of piggery is particularly important.So in the process of designing the piggery,the thermal environment of piggery can be simulated,and the thermal environment in piggery can be analyzed according to the simulation results,and the deficiencies in the design are found.In time,the ventilation system of piggery is improved to provide a more suitable environment for the growth of pigs,and the purpose of improving the design quality of piggery and the efficiency of pig breeding is to be achieved.Based on the above background,this paper used the Computational Fluid Dynamics(CFD)module in the ANSYS finite element analysis software,and conducted the following main research on the French EXATOP that a better application ventilation system in domestic and foreign piggeries.Firstly,SolidWorks software is used to simulate the physical modeling of the fattening piggery,and then the model is imported into ANSYS software.Using CFD to simulate the main thermal environment factors such as the air trace,velocity field and temperature field in fattening piggery.Secondly,the air trace,velocity field and temperature field of EXATOP and longitudinal ventilation system are compared and analyzed by the same simulation method,finding that EXATOP ventilation system has the advantages of small dead space,uniform temperature distribution and timely discharge of harmful gases from the manure tank.Subsequently,on-site test of the fattening piggery in the EXATOP ventilation system is carried out in the field of wind speed,temperature and smoke trajectory,by comparing and analyzing test and simulation data,it is found that the wind speed,temperature and smoke trajectory test have a high fitting degree.It shows that the simulation method of the fattening piggery is more reliable in this article.Finally,in order to promote the application of EXATOP ventilation system better,on the basis of the above simulation research,the fattening piggery was optimized and the referenced improvement design scheme was obtained.This study aims to simulate the thermal environment of the fattening piggery in EXATOP ventilation system by using CFD technology,and through the experiment,the simulation research method is proved to be more reliable.Therefore,the ventilation system of the fattening piggery is optimized.On the one hand,this study provides a reliable and effective research method for the simulation of the piggery environment.On the other hand,it also provides theoretical basis and technical guidance for the accurate design of the piggery ventilation system,which has a certain theoretical significance and socio-economic value.
