In response to the low utilization rate of China's agricultural straw waste,it is easy to pollute after burning and the "white pollution" problem caused by plastic mulch film production.Taking agricultural straw resources as raw materials, using biodegradable liquid coverings and kraft paper as test materials:Effects of different water-retaining and sand-fixing measures on tomato growth and substrate environment in sand culture,Effects of differentcolor paper films on tomato growing environment and fruit carbon metabolism in summer,Study on the growth and spectral characteristics of tomato with different color bio-based film.Systematic analysis of effects of new bio-based and paper film on tomato growth, water retention and sediment fixation and spectral characteristics for the reasonable choice of the new degradable membrane is clear, which provides a theoretical basis for its application research.1.Effects of different water-retaining and sand-fixing measures on tomato growth and substrate environment in sand culture.(1)The content of organic acid and soluble sugar in tomato fruit was significantly increased by corrugated paper treatment, which was 27.78%and 8.87%higher than that of CK,and its pH value was 0.89 higher than that of CK,and the content of available nitrogen was 40 times that of CK.The treatment of kraft paper can keep the water content in the sand, and the water content of 20-40cm sand is 73.40%higher than that of CK.(2)Chemical water retention agent can obviously promote the growth and development of root system. Its root length, root diameter and volume are significantly higher than CK,which can increase the proportion of sand and total porosity, and the value is 12.88%and 38.35%higher than that of CK,respectively.(3)The height of Bio-basedA was significantly higher than that of CK19.81%,the chlorophyll increased by 8.24%,and the net photosynthetic rate of leaves was 1.66 times higher than that of CK.Bio-based A and Bio-basedB could obviously increase the content of soluble sugar in the fruit;the content of Bio-based A available nitrogen in biological base was 16 times of CK,and the content of Bio-based B was 55.99%higher than that of CK,and the content of organic matter was significantly higher than CK10.91%.(4)By principal component analysis, the score of Bio-basedA was the highest.Therefore,Bio-based A treatment has the most significant effect on promoting tomato growth and improving sandy land ecological environment.2.Effects of different color paper films on tomato growing and spectral characteristics in summer.(1)The overall cooling effect of the paper film was compared to that of the original color paper film>blue paper film = black paper film>yellow paper film>red paper film.(2)The transpiration rate and leaf stomatal conductance of the blue paper film were significantly higher than those of the control and non film mulching 41.86%,54.97%and 140%,124%.(3)The content of nitrate in yellow paper film was significantly lower than that in non film treatment, and the content of fruit sugar in black paper membrane was significantly higher than that of no film, but the content of sucrose was the lowest, and the content of black paper film and blue paper film was 84.7%and 85.2%higher than that of control treatment.(4)The content of NI activity in yellow and black paper membrane was significantly higher than that of control and non film 106.7%,59.1%and 69.6%and 31%,and red paper membrane increased by 26.2%and 11.3%in SS compared with control and non film.(5)The yield of red paper film under different paper mulching was the highest in the first and middle stages, blue paper was the second, the film processing and plastic film production in the later stage of growth were improved, and the output of blue paper film was the highest.According to the principal component analysis and membership function, the original color paper film>yellow paper film>red paper film>blue paper>plastic film>black paper>black paper>no film is obtained. The optimum treatment is obtained by the original color paper membrane.3.Study on the growth and spectral characteristics of tomato with different color bio-based film in sand culture.(1)The effect of different color biological basement membrane to reduce soil temperature is yellow biological basement membrane>Red biological basement membrane>Blue biological base>black biological basement membrane, and the Yellow biological basement membrane is more than 3 degrees centigrade compared with the control. The upper fresh weight of yellow and blue biological basement membrane was significantly higher than that of control and non membrane respectively 111.4%,39.1%and 103.3%,33.8%.(2)The biological basement membrane treatment was significantly higher than the control and non membrane in the leaf transpiration rate, and the blue biological basement membrane treatment was significantly higher than that of the control and non film 90.9%and 70.1%,and the photosynthetic rate of the Yellow biological basement membrane was significantly higher than that of the control 64.2%.(3)The soluble sugar content of the red biological substrate was significantly higher than that of the control 31.1%,and the sugar acid ratio was higher than that of the control and non membrane 61.5%,42.3%.The overall yield was the highest, and the pre production of yellow biological membrane was the highest, which was significantly higher than that of control and non membrane 55.3%and 46.8%.(4)Through the analysis of the principal component factors, the comprehensive evaluation values are yellow film>blue film>red film>no film>plastic film.It is concluded that the Yellow biological basement membrane in different colors is more beneficial to the summer and sand culture of tomato.
