In this study,we measured soil physicochemical properties, the number of microbe, the activity of microbe, community structure and diversity between bacterial and fungi of artificial Caragana korshinskii shrubland. We compared all of date by measuring in rhizosphere soil between in three different soil types that include Sierozem,Red clay soil, and Aeolian sandy soil of desert steppe in Ningxia and did correlation analysis each other through software. We want to explore the difference of microbe community in rhizosphere soil among different soil types, and to explore the effects of all factors include soil and microbe have on bacterial community construction or diversity and fungi community construction or diversity. We also want to discuss the relationship between dominant bacterial or fungi and soil carbon or nitrogen. The results of this study show that:1.There are significant differences in composition of soil particles and nutrient content on different soil types while there was no significant difference in soil physical properties. The silt, very fine sand and and fine sand were main composition. The content of silt was highest in Sierozem, about 46%of soil total particle, and Aeolian sandy soil have most fine sand, nearly 61%of all particle.Soil bulk density, specific gravity and soil porosity have no significant difference among Sierozem,Red clay soil, and Aeolian sandy soil.Soil moisture, electrical conductivity, the content of soil organic carbon, the content of total nitrogen, the content of total phosphorous and available phosphorous decreased with the order of Sierozem,Red clay soil, and Aeolian sandy soil.Caragana korshinskii could improve soil moisture and soil electrical conductivity of rhizosphere in red clay soil.2.Soil microbe number and activity have significant difference in different soil types. It has high fungi number, bacterial number, microbial activity and soil enzyme activity in rhizosphere soil.In different soil types, soil fungi number, the enzyme activities of saccharase, phosphatase and catalase decreased with the order of Sierozem,Red clay soil, and Aeolian sandy soil.3.There were different as results of soil types and rhizosphere function in different soil bacterial community. From the phylum level,Actinobacteria,Proteobacteria,Aacidobacteria,Bacteroides,Thaumarchaeota have different abundances. On the other hand,it also showed that different genus or order of fungi have different fungi abundance in analysis of bacterial genus or order. The abundance of rhizosphere soil higher than bulk soil in higher than Rhizobiales,Xanthomonadales,Pseudoxanthomonas,Sphingomonas. The Arthrobacter,Gaiella were dominant bacterial genus in Sierozem. The Solirubrobater and Gaiellared were dominant bacteria in Red clay soil. The Arthrobacter was the dominant bacteria in Aeolian sandy soil.No significant difference between the diversity index of the bacterial community in the rhizosphere and bulk. There were different between Sierozem and Aeolian sandy soil in Observed species index,Shannon index,Chaol index,as well as ACE index and PD whole tree index. There was minimum difference between rhizosphere and bulk of Aeolian sandy soil by PCA and UPGMA while maximum difference in Red clay soil. The planting of Caragana korshinskii has the highest effect on the rhizosphere bacterial community of Red clay soil.4.Soil types caused the different that fungi community composition and community diversity in rhizosphere soil of Caraana korshinskii. The Ascomycota was dominant fungi phylum among sierozem, red clay soil, and aeolian sandy soil, accounted for more than 95%of the total fungi. The Fusarium was dominant fungi genus between sierozem and red clay soil. The Fusarium and the Gibberella were the dominant fungi genus in aeolian sandy soil.No significant difference between the diversity index of the fungi community in the rhizosphere and bulk. However,in different soil, observed species index and shannon index between sierozem soil and red clay have significant differences.Soil types leads to the difference of fungi community structure or diversity, particular in red clay soil.5.Based on the correlation analysis between soil factors and soil microbial community structure or diversity, various environmental factors influenced the soil microbial community composition and the contents of fine sand, total nitrogen and Urea is primary factors, especially the content of fine sand. The factors of soil have significant effect on Zygomycota and Glomeromycota.Besides, soil nutrient, soil microbial activity and soil particle composition with soil fungi genus have significant correlation. The content of fine sand is primary factors to influence soil fungi community diversity. All of the above can enrich information base of soil microbial species resources in desert area,it can provides the basis for the research of soil microbial ecology in desert saline-alkali land and provides a reference for the comprehensive understanding of the interaction mechanism between soil nutrient transformation and microorganisms.
