The use of corn seed coating agent can significantly reduce the occurrence of pests and diseases at the seedling stage of maize,save time and labor,and comply with the state's two-reduction police,which is of great significance for reducing pesticide application and increasing yield and income of corn.In this paper,the corn seed coating agent(Nongda No.1)developed in the laboratory was taken as the research object,and the optimum formulation and field of corn seed coating agent were elucidated by optimizing the dosage form of corn seed coating agent and the field verification of the main maize growing areas in the country.The method of use explores the effects of the corn seed coating agent applied in major corn growing areas throughout the country,and provides a theoretical and practical foundation for the large-scale production and application of corn seed coating agents.The main findings are as follows:(1)Optimum selection of additives such as corn seed coating emulsifierThrough high-throughput screening method,sodium ligninsulfonate was selected as dispersant,and experimental study found that wood sodium had good dispersion effect on three kinds of original drugs and was suitable for this system.The flow-poi nt method and quantitative mixing method were used to select the emulsifier combination by orthogonal test.The wetting emulsifier BY40 was determined by the flow point method,and another wetting emulsifier 600# was determined by the quantitative mixing method.The amount of wood sodium,BY140 and 600# was determined by orthogonal test,and the magnesium aluminum silicate was clarified.The optimal ratio of xanthan gum is 10:1.Ethylene glycol is added as an antifreeze agent and n-octanol as a defoamer.It meets all indexes of water suspension system.(2)Corn seed coating agent filming agent and alert color optimization screeningThe film-forming time and film-forming performance of the tested film-forming agents were tested by the slide-flow membrane method.The results showed that the film-forming agent provided by the Plant Protection Institute of Anhui Academy of Agricultural Sciences had the shortest film-forming time of 2.5 minutes,and the film-forming performance was first class.Therefore,this film former was applied to the formulation of corn seed coating agent.Through the screening experiment of pigments,the color and contrast were used to determine the type and amount of pigment as 3% for red dyeing and 4% for blue dyeing.(3)Field validation of major growing areas in the countryThe results of comprehensive tests can be seen that Nongda No.1 corn seed coating agent has shown good applicability in the major maize growing areas of the country,and no injury occurred.The Nongda No.1 corn seed coating agent performed outstandingly in raising the yield.The northeastern spring planting area and the northeast earliest ripe area ranked first,and the Huanghuaihai summer broadcast area and the northeast middle mature area ranked the second.Can effectively eliminate the diseased planting rate(all 0),significantly reduce the strain rate,significantly increase the emergence rate of corn seedlings and plant height,reduce the rate of abnormal seedlings.
