In this study,90 corn inbred lines were used as materials to observe and analyze the phenotypic traits and genetic background, and to understand the genetic richness of phenotypic traits and the genetic diversity of germplasm resources. The results provide a basis for the rational use of inbred genetic resources and the combination of heterosis patterns to guide field breeding. The main results are as follows:?The investigation of 13 phenotypic traits of corn inbred lines showed that the tested maize inbred lines are rich in Type traits. The anther color, filament color, and grain shape all showed five different traits with the highest coefficient of variation.Followed by the spike type, the minimum height.?A total of 271 alleles were detected in corn inbred lines using 40 pairs of primers evenly distributed on corn chromosomes. The range of detected alleles was 3 to 13,with an average of 6.775.The polymorphic information content(PIC)of each primer varied from 0.276 to 0.784 with an average of0.600.A total of 48 rare alleles and 37 unique alleles were detected in the test materials.?According to the results of SSR molecular markers, genetic similarity coefficients of 105 corn inbred lines were obtained, ranging from 0.691 to0.992 with an average of 0.811.The genetic similarity coefficients were clustered according to the unweighted group average method.Using 15 standard germplasm as reference, the test materials were divided into 6 major groups.Among them, the PB group represented by Qi 319 has 8 inbred lines, accounting for7.62%.The Lancaster group represented by Mo17 has 13 inbred lines, accounting for 12.38%;The Reid group represented by B73 has36 inbred lines, accounting for 34.29%;The Tangsipingtou group represented by Huang Zaosi has 10 inbred lines, accounting for 9.52%;the local groups I has 35 inbred lines, accounting for 33.33%;the local groups II has 3inbred lines, accounting for 2.86%.?This study improved the extraction method of corn genomic DNA,and the extracted DNA was of high quality and structural integrity.Supplemented and improved the SSR molecular marker detection technology system.
