Pieris rapae is an important vegetable pest,which pose a serious threat to vegetable production in China.The unrestrained use of chemical insecticides has caused severe resistance to P.rapae.There are three major detoxification enzymes in the insect,which are cytochrome P450 monooxygenase(P450),glutathione-S-transferase(GST)and esterase(CCE).These enzymes play an important role in the production of insecticide resistance.At present,the reports about the three detoxification enzyme genes from Pieris rapae are limited.Therefore,the three detoxification enzymes of the Pieris rapae are studied and the three detoxification enzyme genes from the database of the Pieris rapae transcriptional group are identified in this paper.The expression pattern of GST in the various tissues and the change of the expression of the GST gene under the stress of the insecticide are clarified.This study can lay a foundation for the molecular mechanism of the sensitivity of P.rapae to insecticides.The main research achievements are summarized as follows: 1.Identification and bioinformatics analysis of three detoxification enzyme gene families from P.rapae17 GST genes,63 P450 genes and 50 CCE genes were identified by retrieving the transcriptional group.The family of the gene of the detoxification enzyme from P.rapae was identified by sequence alignment and bioinformatics.Phylogenetic relationships between the three detoxifying enzymes from P.rapae and other insect species were identified by constructing phylogenetic tree.2.The expression profile of GST genes,expression pattern of different developmental stages and the expression pattern of insecticide stress in P.rapae.The expression levels of 17 GST genes in different tissues and developmental stages of P.Pierre were different,and there was a large difference in gene expression.Under the stress of avermectin,chlorantraniliprole and cyhalothrin three kinds of insecticides,the expression of GST genes changed,and the expression of some genes increased significantly,and some expressed more than ten times of the control group.
