In recent years,crop diseases and insect pests in our country continued to show a heavy tendency.Due to factors such as the backwardness of plant protection machinery and the shortage of labor force in rural areas,people are increasingly pressing for the demand for high-efficiency spraying equipment.UAVs have significant features such as high efficiency,wide operating areas,and low operating costs,which are not available in other plant protection equipment.At present,there are many types of domestic plant protection drones,including multi-rotors and single rotors,electric and oil-driven;the nozzles used by drones are from the original plant protection equipment,mainly including centrifugal and hydraulic types.Different drones and nozzles have different technical characteristics.Existing research focuses on the operational parameters of a single plant protection UAV,including flight speed,altitude,and spray volume,and lack of horizontal comparisons between plant protection UAVs and nozzles.In this study,wheat and rice,the main food crops,were selected as research objects.Various types of UAVs,such as oil-dynamic and electric,single-rotor and multi-rotor,were used to study the effect of pesticide application with different types nozzles.The experiment was carried out in Xinxiang,Henan Province and Pingnan,Guangxi Province.The effects of spraying on the deposition distribution of test cards,the deposition rate of crop leaves,and the control effect of wheat aphids were evaluated.The results and conclusions are as follows:?1?The 3WQF120 single rotor oil plant protection UAV was used as a testing platform,equipped with LU 120-01,LU 120-02,and LU 120-03 types of nozzles to carry out spray deposition distribution and locust control experiments in multi-spray wheat fields.The droplet size of LU 120-01,LU 120-02,and LU 120-03 nozzles increased with the pore size.The particle size of the droplets was approximately 2 times that of the interior.The droplet size in the lower part of the wheat plants is smaller than that of the upper part.The LU120-02nozzle has a larger droplet density in the upper part,25.23 NO/cm2,and the LU120-03 nozzle has the highest density in the lower part,which is 4.99 NO/cm2.The LU120-03 nozzle has the highest droplet coverage,the upper part of the plant is 3.43%,and lower is 0.63%.The deposition of the ear of the wheat was between 2.19-2.78?g,the deposition rate on the flag leaf was in the range of 0.33-0.48%,larger than the lower leaf.The electric sprayer has a large amount of liquid applied,and its droplet size,deposition density and coverage rate are higher than that of drones.In the first 3 days,there was no significant difference between the control effect of the electric atomizer and the treatment of the drone on the control effect of the aphid,and the control effect on the 7th day was lower than that of the drone.?2?Five kinds of electric plant protection drones such as P20,3WWDZ-10B,3XY8D,S40,and YRX6-16 were used to test the droplet deposition of the same mu of rice field application.The single-rotor drones 3XY8D-1 and S40 have larger effective spray widths of4m and 5m,and the multi-rotor drones 3WWDZ-10B,P20 and YRX6-16 have effective spray widths of 4m,3m,and 3m.The 3XY8D-1 and P20 with centrifugal nozzles have smaller droplet size,the overall DV0.50.5 range is 144.5-243?m,and the YRX6-16?with TR 80-0067nozzles?is significantly smaller than the other two models 3WWDZ-10B?Teejet11001VS?and S40?Teejet110015VS?,and the DV0.5range is 189.5-218?m.The small droplet size,the greater the deposition density on the crop surface.The average droplet density of 3WWDZ-10B,S40 and YRX6-16 is 37.8 NO/cm2,61.56 NO/cm2 and 59.5 NO/cm2.While the average droplet density of 3WWDZ-10B and S40 is only 18.8 and 18.7 NO/cm2;the upper droplet distribution uniformity is better than the middle and lower.The middle of the droplet distribution uniformity is the worst;P20 has a good penetration,the smallest coefficient of variation is only 36.08%.The drift of the droplets is affected by the natural wind direction.The amount of drift of the droplets on the left side of the collection belt was greater than that on the right side,the distance of the 3XY8D-1 drift is the shortest,and the amount of drift of the droplets is the smallest,only 0.0295?l/cm2.When the distance between the S40 and the canopy is 1.5m,the spraying width is 7m,and the droplets penetrate is better.
