Swine atrophic rhinitis(AR)is a type of pig caused by Bordetella bronchiseptica(Bb)and Toxigenic Pasteurella multocida(T+ Pm).Multiple chronic respiratory infections.In1830,porcine contagious atrophic rhinitis was discovered in Germany and then in the United Kingdom,France, the United States,Canada, and the former Soviet Union. Our country first imported “York” pigs from Britain in 1964.With the increasing degree of large-scale pig farms, people are paying more and more attention to economic diseases.AR is a typical economic disease, and the onset of AR is reflected in the clinical symptoms and represents that the pig has been seriously Infection is not detectable by naked eyes in the initial or middle stages of AR infection. When clincal symptoms are found, severe economic losses are usually caused. This study is mainly divided into the following four parts:1.Slaughterhouse disease investigation: Through investigation of 108 pigs from 5branches of the group, the nose of the pig was photographed and scored;the incidence of AR was found to be above 75%,and even the incidence of D company reached 100%.The incidence of above lesions was 36.11%.2.Isolation and identification of pathogenic bacteria: 15 samples were collected from15 groups of pigs in the farm using saliva collection kits.Laboratory tests showed that 11 samples detected by the bacteria were positive in the 15 samples, with a detection rate of73%;5 samples detected by Pasteurella multocida were positive and the detection rate was33%.3.Vaccine safety test: A total of 55 pregnant sows were selected for the trial,50 of them were immunized with the Ruilisheng vaccine, and 5 were blank control groups to monitor the increase in body temperature and adverse reactions after immunization. The test results showed that the average body temperature of the sows after immunization was lower than 39.5 ?,which was a normal immune response.Side effects showed that all immunized sows had no lump, and most of the sows had normal feeding.4.Follow-up and assessment of vaccine effectiveness: More than 3,000 healthy sows were bred in a pig farm of the group, and about 700 pregnant sows delivered within one month were selected to immunize Rui Lisheng at 8 weeks and 4 weeks before delivery respectively.,Track pigs' data after immunization, such as feed-to-meat ratio, daily gain, market age,and so on.The test results show that from the data of listed hogs, the average weight of the listing, listing rate, feed ratio, listed age and daily gain and other test groups have obvious advantages. This study was conducted to investigate the incidence of AR in the group through the investigation of the lesions in the slaughterhouse and laboratory tests. And through the safety test of the vaccine and the follow-up of the vaccine's immune effect,it provided the basis for the group's prevention and control of AR.The AR's overall control measures also provide more material.
