Investigation On The Prevalence Of Endometritis In Dairy Cows And Isolation And Identification Of Major Pathogens And Drug Susceptibility Test In LongXi County

Dairy cow endometritis is one of the most common obstetric diseases in the process of dairy farming.There are significant differences in the incidence of various regions.In order to understand the incidence of endometritis in Longxi County,and the effective measures,this investigation was carried out.To selscted two-eight-years-old postpartum cows to investigate from January to December 2016 in 12 townships LongXi County,the incidence of endometritis in dairy cows was diagnosed according to the clinical symptoms,rectal examination,mucosal leukocyte test in the cervix of the cervix,and the biological diagnosis of semen.The incidences of the disease were compared with those of the seasons,townships(towns),breeding methods,cow age The relationship between the factors;choose 25 cases of endometritis diagnosed cow,collecting the secretion of the cervix to the laboratory for isolation and identification of the major pathogens to determine the cause of Longxi County cow endometritis the main pathogens,Ampicillin,cephalexin,doxycycline and other 14 susceptibility disks were selected for susceptibility testing.Anti-microbial agents that were sensitive to the bacteria were screened out.The results show:(1)Longxi County dairy farming is dominated by the traditional extensive management mode.The average incidence of endometritis in dairy cows in 2016 was 12.71%.There was a seasonal difference in the incidence of endometritis in dairy cows,the highest in July and the lowest in May.Town)monthly incidence of 0.00% to 30.00%;Gongchang Zhen and Wenfeng higher town,Hongwei Township,Township and Biyan relatively low,the incidence of dairy cow endometritis was significantly lower than the The difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).The incidence of endometritis in 4-year-old cow was the lowest,and the highest incidence was found in 8-year-old cow.The incidence of cow endometritis was statistically significant in all age groups(P < 0.05);There were 63 strains isolated from mucosa of cervical mucosa of 25 cows,which were biochemically identified as Staphylococcus aureus,Staphylococcus epidermidis,Streptococcus pyogenes,Escherichia coli,Proteus,Klebsiella,Pseudomonasaeruginosa and so on.Sensitivity test results showed that gram-positive cocci highly sensitive to erythromycin,gram-negative bacteria such as E.coli,Shigella,Salmonella and Pseudomonas aeruginosa and other pathogens on gentamicin,amikacin and other drugs Highly sensitive.Conclusion: There is a prevalence of endometritis in dairy cattle breeding industry in Longxi County.The incidence is related to staphylococci,streptococci and Escherichia coli.According to drug susceptibility test,gentamicin,erythromycin,amikacin and other drugs can be used Clinical treatment.
