Porcine circovirus related diseases are infectious diseases such as sow reproductive disorder,swine respiratory disease syndrome,porcine dermatitis and nephrotic syndrome,and multiple system failure syndrome of sows and weanling piglets,such as PCV2.Pseudorabies(pseudorabies),which is caused by PRV,can cause the reproductive disorder of the sow,the piglets appear nervous and the fatality rate is very high.PCV2 and PRV are widely existed in various large-scale pig farms in China,and secondary infection may lead to a variety of swine disease syndrome.It has brought huge economic losses to the pig raising industry in China,which is not conducive to the long-term development of the health of the pig industry.At present,the main way to prevent the two diseases is to use vaccines to immunize,so as to improve the disease resistance of pigs.However,due to the difference in vaccine specifications and usage time,there is a certain difference in the immunization effect in practice.The clinical effect of homemade homemade circular and imported ring seedlings and the clinical effects of different Pseudorabies Vaccine Immunization procedures were compared and evaluated.The effect of antibody growth and growth performance of pigs after immunization was observed.Combined with specific clinical data,we choose the vaccine with high cost performance and select the best immune program of Pseudorabies Vaccine.So as to control the epidemic situation of porcine circovirus and pseudorabies virus,and achieve the maximization of pig farm economy.Test 1:180 head suckling piglets with similar body weight were selected and divided into 3 groups: group I,II and III,with 5 replicate in each group and 20 replicate in each group.Among them,the first group was immunized with the domestic round vaccine A1,the second group had 1 immune import round vaccine B,and the third group was immunized with the domestic ring vaccine C 1 copies,intramuscular injection.The weight of the piglets was weighed before and before the immunization ring seedlings,before and after the rebirth.The piglets were weighed before feeding in the morning,and the remaining materials were collected and weighed every day.Blood samples were collected from the anterior vena cava for 5 ml at third,ninth,fifteenth and 20 weeks,respectively.Serum PCV2 levels were measured.In the growth stage,the weight of group II and III was increased by 5.92%(p < 0.05)and 5.17%(p < 0.05)compared with group I in the growth stage,and the second group was significantly increased by 4.60%(p < 0.05)than that in the first group(p < 0.05).There was no significant difference in feed intake and daily gain(p > 0.05).The level of serum PCV2 antibody in serum,between third week and sixth weeks,after immunization with three kinds of vaccine I,II and III,the OD value of serum PCV2 antibody of each immunized pig rising trend gradually.Between sixth weeks and twentieth weeks,after immunization with three kinds of vaccine I,II and III,the OD value of serum PCV2 antibody of each immunized pig decreased gradually,and the decrease trend in the second group was slow.At the age of third weeks,the positive rate of ring antibody in piglets was 100%,and at the age of twentieth weeks.The antibody od in sera of group II still maintained 1.42,which was significantly higher than that of group I and III,and the positive rate of antibody in group I and III was lower than 50%.To sum up,group II has the best effect of vaccination with imported PCV2 vaccine.Test 2:300 groups of piglets with similar weight were divided into 5 groups: A,B,C,D and K,of which group K was the control group.Each group was repeated 5,each repeated 20 heads,respectively,immunized by different immune programs.They were weighed individually before weaning,transferring out of care,transferring to long stay house and selling.The remaining materials in piglets were collected and weighed daily,and the amount of consumption was recorded.At the beginning of the eighth week of the test,the blood was collected every two weeks and continued until the pig was out of the column.The blood of the ear vein was 5 ml,the serum was separated and the level of PRV antibody in the serum was measured.Compared with the different pseudorabies vaccination program,compared with the control group K,the D group significantly increased the weight and average daily weight gain and the average feed intake of the growth stage,and reached 5.24%(p < 0.05),6.10%(p < 0.05)and 5.95%(p < 0.05)respectively.Compared to the other experimental groups,the difference was also significant(p < 0.05)in the fattening stage.The weight of group A,B,C and D increased by 2.80%,1.50%,1.79% and 3.80% compared with that of control group,and the difference between test group and control group was significant(p < 0.05).In terms of average daily gain,the test group A and D were significantly increased by 2.95%(p < 0.05)and 2.66%(p < 0.05),respectively.Compared with the control group,the A,B,C and D groups were increased by 4.98%,2.30%,2.30% and 2.68% compared with the control group(p <0.05).The difference between the B group and the control group as well as the C and D group was not significant(p >0.05).The test results of PRV wild virus antibody(gE)showed that the positive rate of PRV wild virus antibody(gE)was higher in the whole pig group at 8th weeks,and the highest C group and group D reached 40%.The B group and D group maintained the negative of PRV wild virus antibody in the pig group for 14 th weeks to 20 th weeks.From 20 th to 24 weeks,the antibody of PRV in group D pigs began to appear positive.At 24 th weeks,the positive rate of PRV wild virus antibody(gE)in the group B and D groups was lower than that in the other groups.The results of pig PRV vaccine antibody(gB)test showed that at eighth weeks,the positive rate of vaccine antibody was above 50%,and the group D reached 73.33%.From 8th to 14 th week,the positive rate of PRV antibody(gB)in pigs showed a steady upward trend.The positive rate of PRV antibody(gB)was stable at 100% from 14 th weeks.In group C and group D,the positive rate of PRV antibody in pig serum was more than 98% from 14 th week to 20 th week,and then began to decrease.At the 24 th week of the trial,the positive rate of PRV antibody in group D was higher than that in group B and group C.In conclusion,through the comparative test of PCV2 vaccine immunization effect,from the aspect of immune effect and growth performance,the immunization effect of vaccinated vaccine II is the best.Through the contrast test of PRV Immunization Program,the effect of immunization scheme in group D(The first day intranasal immunization of 1 copies of PRV I.In the Ninth and twelfth weeks,1 copies of the PRV II were immunized,sixteenth weeks were immunized with 1 copies of the II and PRV Ⅳ,respectively)was better.
