Feed transportation is an important link in the feed industry.How to make feed transportation more efficient and safer is a problem should be solved urgently.In terms of this problem,the feed truck’s key technologies are researched in this paper.Firstly,the research statuses of feed truck at home and aborad is introduced.According to the research contants the demands of feed truck control system are analyzed.Then,the feed truck working system,unloading process,key researches in this paper and important parameters are introduced.On the basis of original structure,the dynamic analysis is carried out on the twisted dragon.Through Adams dynamics simulation,the influences of different hydraulic cylinder piston acceleration on support force are studied,the reasonable speed control curve of hydraulic cylinder is found.The study of control system is based on the results of dynamic analysis.The control of twisted dragon is based on Electro-Hydraulic proportional control.To verify the stability of the Electro-Hydraulic proportional control,mathematic models are builded.Using Matlab to simulate the mathematic model,then the stability and transient response characteristics of the control system are analysed.Then,according to the system requirement,the control procedure of feed truck unloading process is designed.The HMI system is designed,and the communication between HMI system and feed truck control system is introduced.The experimental platform is introduced in the end.
