The low dissolved oxygen in water is one of the main reasons for the deterioration of water quality.At the same time,dissolved oxygen is the most important factor for the survival of organisms.Therefore,the improvement of dissolved oxygen has become one of the most important measures in sewage treatment,aquaculture and agricultural oxygen increasing irrigation.Aiming at the problem of large volume and high energy consumption in the market,the author designs a micro bubble aeration device according to the principle of jet pump technology.At the same time,the factors affecting the dissolved oxygen in water were analyzed and discussed:(1)the liquid flow has a certain effect on the dissolved oxygen content,when the flow rate is 4.23m3/h,the oxygen enrichment effect is the best.(2)the choice of the throat length of the liquid flow determining device,when the flow rate is small,the short distance throat should be selected.(3)the distance between the nozzle and throat has a great influence on the amount of dissolved oxygen,and the optimal throat distance is about 40 mm.(4)the oxygen content of the test water is lower when the oxygen concentration is the best.The changes of oxygen dissolved oxygen after the test of water law: within 3 hours of dissolved oxygen will decrease slightly,from 3 hours to 6 hours between the oxygen content decreased rapidly,and the amount of dissolved oxygen in 6 hours to 15 hours between the rate of decline is slowing down.And when 15 hours to 24 hours,the dissolved oxygen tends to be stable and slightly upward trend.(5)the aeration effect of the device is obvious,and the experimental water is increased by the device,and the oxygen content is increased by more than 62% compared with the initial dissolved oxygen,and the oxygen content is over saturated.Compared with the traditional oxygen increasing machine,such as the impeller aerator,the aeration capacity of 3.41 kg/h was increased by a factor of up to 2.55 kg/h.
