Zhongjiazao 17 and Xiangwanxian 12 were used as experimental materials. The effects of winter wheat and different combinations on the growth and yield of rice, leaf, root respiration and soil available N and P were studied by different fertilization methods. The experiment was conducted from December 2015 to November 2016 at the Experimental Base of Hunan Agricultural University. The main results are as follows:The growth characteristics and yield of rice were as follows:The number of tillers in late rice was higher than that of early rice, and the treatments reached the maximum at tillering stage. The early rice was higher than other treatments in early chicken, and late rice was higher than other treatments. The leaf area index of rice increased in all growing stages and the trend of rice was the same in both seasons, and the leaf area index was the highest at maturity. The dry matter quality of the control treatments was lower than that of other treatments at each growth period,The dry matter accumulation of early rice was CB>B>C>CK,and the dry matter quality of late rice was CB>C>B>CK.The actual yield and theoretical yield of chicken and biochar were the highest, and there was significant difference with other treatments?P<0.05?.The results showed that the respiration of rice root was as follows:chicken manure and biochar and single application and chicken manure combined with biochar could significantly improve the soil respiration in the root zone, but the chicken manure and biochar could inhibit the soil respiration Fecal mixed with biochar performance to promote the role.In addition to the control, the contribution rate of soil respiration in the root zone treated by early rice was higher than that in the late soil. The respiration rate of rice leaves was significantly different in early booting stage, grain filling stage and maturing stage, and there was significant difference in late rice seedling stage and tillering stage, and there was no significant difference in other period. There was no significant difference in the cumulative CO2 emissions from the leaf area per unit area. However, compared with the control, the application of bio-charcoal and chicken manure under the leaves of the leaves through the respiratory emissions to the atmosphere significantly reduced CO2.The available nutrients in rice showed that the contents of NO3-N and NH4+-N in soil treated with bio-carbon are higher than those in the control soil, and the contents of NO3-The content of available phosphorus in the soil treated with biochar is higher than that in the whole rice growth period, but there is no such situation in nitrate nitrogen and ammonium nitrogen. The content of available phosphorus in soil is not as large as nitrate nitrogen and ammonium nitrogen, and the overall trend is increasing. While the fixation of biochar to available phosphorus slows the loss of available phosphorus in soil, which is higher than that without adding biochar.
