There were diverse enzyme systems in fungi,and they own strong abilities of producing enzyme and penetrating.Ferrnent the raw materials using probiotics will not only raise its content of proteins and other nutrients,but also reduce the content of mycotoxin.The study to raise the nutritive value of five different raw materials of animal feed(dregs of beans,dregs of vegetables,corns,barley and broomcorn)was carried out by selecting five fungus including Aspergillus oryzaem,Aspergillus niger,Rhizopus oligosporus,Mucor racemomucorwere and Aspergillus sojae to ferment the raw materials and the degree of changes of amino acids constituents in feed raw materials caused by solid-state fermentation by fungus was investigated through exploring the changes of nutrients before and after the fermentation by evaluating indexes such as net weight,crude protein,crude fiber,crude fat,ash content and amino acids content.Meanwhile six common mycotoxins were also determined to evaluate the safety of fungus fermentation.The following research is carried out in this paper:On the fermentation experiment of dregs of beans,the most efficient fungus is Aspergillus oryzaem.The content of nutrients was raised remarkably by Aspergillus oryzaem which raised crude protein by 36.27%,raised total energy by 6.62% and raised total amino acid content by13.23%.On the fermentation experiment of barley,the most efficient fungus is Aspergillus oryzaemThe content of nutrients was raised remarkably by Aspergillus oryzaem which raised crude protein by 53.91%,raised total energy by 6.33% and raised total amino acid content by1.71%.On the fermentation experiment of dregs of vegetables,the most efficient fungus is Aspergillus oryzaem.The content of nutrients was raised remarkably by Aspergillus oryzaem which raised crude protein by 23.77%,lowered total energy by 0.59% and raised total amino acid content by 0.69%.On the fermentation experiment of corns,the most efficient fungus is Mucor racemomucorwere.The content of nutrients was raised remarkably by Aspergillus oryzaem which raised crude protein by 46.34%,raised total energy by 2.54% and raised total amino acid content by 5.11%.On the fermentation experiment of broomcorns,the most efficient fungus is Mucor racemomucorwere.The content of nutrients was raised remarkably by Aspergillus oryzaem which raised crude protein by 25.93%,raised total energy by 3.38% and raised total amino acid content by 2.44%.Result listed above indicates that ferment dregs of beans,barley and dregs of vegetables with Aspergillus oryzaem will significantly raise its nutrient content and ferment corn and broomcorn with Mucor racemomucorwere will significantly raise their nutrients content.Higher molecular weight proteins will be resolved to amino acids and lower molecular weight bran.No difference of mycotoxins has been found,it indicates that the fermentation has no effect on mycotoxins content.
