Study On The Benefit Coordination Mechanism Between Dairy Farm And Dairy Processing Enterprises In Hebei Province

The imbalance of interests between dairy farms and dairy processing enterprises is an important problem hindering the development of dairy industry in China.China's dairy industry in the process of20 years of development has made great progress,in the consumer slowdown,lack of confidence in the market,the international market prices fall and a series of overlapping factor,milk companies and dairy farms in order to benefit maximization as the goal,although is a community in the supply chain,but the interests of the relationship is not close,shortage of milk and milk left occur alternately,cow farms in vulnerable in a passive position,dairy farms and milk processing enterprises created serious imbalance between interests,affected the healthy development of the dairy industry.Therefore,how to effectively solve the problem of uncoordinated interests and establish a long-term and stable interest coordination mechanism has become an urgent problem in the development of China's dairy industry.This research literature in combing the stakeholders,interests coordination and dairy subject and dairy processing enterprises,on the basis of the research status about the interests,and then application of game theory,transaction cost theory,information asymmetry theory and stakeholder theory,etc.,around the benefit coordination mechanism between dairy farms and milk processing enterprises question research,in Hebei province as the research object,the objective description of dairy farms and milk processing enterprises the development present situation,the interests of the two major stakeholders relations and the present situation of profit distribution.It is found that the cow farm is in a weak position due to the low degree of organization,asymmetric information,international milk price and other factors.The unreasonable structure of dairy products limited the distributable income created by dairy processing enterprises.The imperfect regulation mechanism keeps dairy processing enterprises and dairy farms in a state of dissociation.Through the establishment of cow farms cooperation organization and dairy processing enterprises game model: cow farms cooperation organization and dairy processing enterprises through the prices and terms of the number of game theory,form mutual restriction between them,interactional relationship;Milk cow farms cooperation organization by reducing/number of dairy processing enterprises form a believable threat,weaken the rights of the dairy processing enterprises in the aspect of prices,improve the dairy farms.On the basis of this,the paper puts forward a mechanism to improve the interest coordination between dairy farm and dairy processing enterprises.The main mechanism of this study is designed to enhance governmental coordination.Expanding the sales channels of fresh milk;To actively build long-term partnerships;Improving the organization of cow farms;Transaction improves thetransparency of information and promotes the establishment of information sharing system.
