With facilities bell pepper used as material,the experiment studies the characteristics of facilities bell pepper net greenhouse gas emissions and the greenhouse effect,the nitrogen absorption,distribution and use of facilities pepper,and the soil nitrogen residue,under different nitrogen application.The experiment also analyzes main control factors of net greenhouse gas emissions and the greenhouse effect,and puts forward mitigation measures.Set up the farmers'traditional,non-nitrogen,recommended nitrogen,recommended nitrogen+NP?nitrification inhibitor?4 treatments,use static box method to collect gas,use Agilent6820 gas chromatograph to determine N2O and CH4,and use the LI-8100 soil carbon flux automatic monitoring system to monitor soil respiration.The main results are as follows:?1?The output of T0 is 18.62kg/hm2,significantly lower than CK,T1 and T1+NP.The reduced amount of nitrogen treated by T1 was significantly higher than CK treatment,and the yield increased by 14.16%,and the yield of T1+NP was 28.00kg/hm2,the yield of T1was 26.19 kg/hm2.Vc content was 22.35mg/100g under T0 treatment,significantly lower than that under CK,T1 and T1+NP treatment;The Vc content of T1 treatment was 7.06%higher than that of CK,and the difference was not significant.The Vc content of T1+NP treatment was 17.48%higher than that of CK treatment,showing a significant difference.The Vc content of T1+NP was 30.78 mg/100g,which was 9.73%higher than that of T1.?2?In harvest time,the plant dry matter weight was 21.33t/hm2 under T1 treatment,12.00%higher than that of CK,and the plant dry matter weight was the highest under T1+NP treatment,23.12 t/hm2.The amount of nitrogen absorption is 206.20t/hm2 under T1 treatment,11.84%higher than that of CK,which was 181.98 t/hm2.Under CK,T1 and T1+NP treatments,fruit was the heaviest among all organ nitrogen absorption amounts.It was 154.29 t/hm2,164.73 t/hm2 and 190.37 t/hm2.?3?The stage door bell pepper,four cross-bars swelled and harvest 0100 cm soil nitrate nitrogen range of fluctuations in 2.8015.19 mg/L,harvest compared with other periods,0100 cm soil least,14.54mg/L.?4?During the whole birth period,The cumulative emission of CH4 was the trend of T0>T1+NP>T1>CK,and T0 was the highest cumulative emission,0.026 t/hm2,significantly higher than CK,T1 and T1+NP.After basal fertilizer,CK deals with N2O emission flux was highest at 8660.83?g/?m2·h?,the discharge peak of unapplied nitrogen was the lowest.Under different fertilization treatments soil CO2 emission flux the change trend was increased first and then decreased,and finally tend to smooth,during the whole monitoring period.After the foundation fertilizer,each treatment CO2 emission fluxes were the highest in the whole growth period,respectively 15.50 mg/?m2·h?,14.29 mg/?m2·h?,15.80 mg/?m2·h?,15.46 mg/?m2·h?.?5?During the three growth periods of the bell pepper period,the pepper period and the four-gate period,the nitrogen content of each organ of the bell pepper plants was shown as:leaf>fruit>stem>root.The total nitrogen content of the bell pepper plant was the highest in T1+NP,which was 12.86%,and T1 treatment was similar to CK treatment,which was 11.87%and 11.48%respectively.The total nitrogen content of leaf was highest among all of organs.T1+NP processed sweet pepper plant 15N utilization was the highest,31.80%,and CK was the lowest,20.30%.T1+NP treatment under different organs of 15N allocation rate is higher,the T1 processing times,CK treatment,lowest in fruit,15N allocation rate is the lowest CK treatment,only 33.75%,T1 treatment times,at 34.67%,the highest T1+NP treatment,36.16%.In CK treatment,the soil atom percentage was changed between 0.07%and 0.19%,and T1+NP was between 0.038%and 0.13%.?6?In CO2 equivalent for fertilizers,CK was the highest,1616.58kg/hm2.Transported by irrigation,CO2 yield was the highest under CK treatment,47.35 kg/hm2.CK was the highest net emitter of soil,3360.29 kg/hm2,the second one was T1,3248.91 kg/hm2,T1+NP treatment was 3068.28kg/hm2.The net greenhouse effect of CK treatment was the highest,reaching 5460.91 kg/hm2.The net greenhouse effect of T0 treatment was the lowest,3439.28kg/hm2.The net greenhouse effect produced by T1 treatment was 10.76%lower than that of CK.The net greenhouse effect of T1+NP treatment was4622.85kg/hm2.Tt was 5.14%lower than T1.?7?Economic benefit of T0 treatment was the lowest,183520 yuan/hm2.The economic benefit of T1 treatment was 210530 yuan/hm2,which was 14.72%higher than that of CK.The economic benefit of T1+NP treatment was 224390 yuan/hm2,increasing by 6580yuan/hm2 more than T1 treatment.To sum up,bell pepper yield and nitrogen use efficient can be improved when N application reduce 20%.On the basis of reducing N application,adding nitrification inhibitor NP can improve the VC and yield of bell pepper further,and reduce N2O emission and green house effect.
