In order to study the effects of different fertilizers on physiological characteristics,fruit yield and quality of blueberry.This study selected two varieties of Powderblue and Britewell to do field experiments.This study selected nine kinds of fertilizer and without fertilizer as a control experiment.The use of fertilizer for two years running,the physical and chemical properties of soil were basically stable,to study the effects of different fertilizers on the growth,nutrient absorption and utilization,physiological characteristics,fruit yield and quality of blueberry.The results showed:1.Compared with the control check(CK),the fertilization treatment effectively reduced soil pH,increased the content of related elements and nutrients in the soil,improved the physiological metabolism of blueberries,increased the yield,and improved the fruit quality.2.The difference of the same fertilization on different varieties was only reflected in the volume and quality of single fruit,soluble sugar,vitamin C content and sugar-acid ratio.There was no significant difference in other nutrients between varieties.The specific performance was that the single volume and quality of Britewell was significantly larger than that of Powderblue in DP,HF,LZ,TF and ST treatments.The soluble sugar content of Britewell were significantly higher than Powderblue in DP,ST and RT treatments.The vitamin C contents of Britewell were significantly higher than Powderblue under LZ and TF treatments,and the vitamin C contents of Powderblue were significantly higher than Britewell under ST,HF,KS and NF treatments.The acid-sugar ratio of Powderblue were significantly higher than Britewell under DP,HF and ST treatments,the acid-sugar ratio of Britewell were significantly higher than Powderblue under NF treatment.3.Among the 9 fertilizers,the soil pH of ST treatment reduction was largest,and the HH treatment drop was the smallest,the soil pH value within the suitable range ofblueberry growth for each fertilizer treatment.In general,the contents of soil organic matter,total nitrogen,total phosphorus,total potassium and hydrolyzable nitrogen,available phosphorus and available potassium in DP,LZ,HF and ST treatments were higher than other treatments.And the contents of nitrogen in HH treatment,the contents of potassium in KS treatment,and the contents of phosphorus in NF treatment were also relatively high.4.After application of 9 fertilizers,the contents of chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b,total chlorophyll and soluble sugar in blueberry leaves were higher in the DP,LZ,HF and ST treatments.There was no significant difference in the soluble protein content under the 9 fertilization treatments.However,Compared with CK,the contents of soluble protein in blueberries were decreased,but the content of soluble protein was not remarkable difference among the treatments.The content of soluble sugar was the same as CK.Compared with CK,the soluble sugar content of Britewell was also slightly decreased and the difference was not significant.5.After application of 9 fertilizers,the activities of SOD were significant enhanced of blueberry leaves under the different fertilization,increased the free proline,and significant reduced the content of MDA.Especially,the activities of SOD was the highest in the DP,LZ,HF and ST treatments,and maintain effective the dynamic balance of intracellular reactive oxygen ion metabolism.The MDA content in leaves decreased correspondingly,to reduced the damage of the plant,at the same time,the content of pro increased,and increased the cell SAP concentration,it also had a protective effect on plants.6.The contents of total nitrogen,total phosphorus,total potassium in the leaves and the number of flower buds and the yield per plant were significantly increased under the DP,LZ,HF and ST treatments.The fruit setting rates of Powderblue and Britewell were highest under DP,ST and NF treatments,and lowest under RT treatment.7.Fertilization had different effects on fruit quality of blueberry.The contents of soluble sugar,soluble protein,soluble solid,vitamin C,anthocyanin,flavonoids,total phenols and acid-sugar ratio of blueberry fruits were significantly increased under DP,HF,LZ and ST treatments,the titratable acid contents were significantly reduced,effectively improved the fruit quality and taste.In conclusion,after application of 9 fertilizers could effectively reduced the soil pH and increased the soil nutrient contents.The performance of two varieties is not obvious in the same fertilization,but there were significant differences among different fertilizers.Nine kinds of fertilization all increased the physiological functions of blueberry,the differentiation of flower buds,the fruit setting rates,the yield and improved fruit quality.There were significant differences under different fertilizations,and the smae fertilizer showed a good consistent rule.It is considered that DP,LZ,HF and ST treatments are the most suitable for cultivation of blueberry under the soil conditions Majiang.
