Research Into The Influence Of Change Of Fishery Industrial Structure On The Fishery Economic Growth From The Supply Side

Since 2014,China’s fishery economy has begun to enter the “new normal”,which has entered the high-quality development stage from the previous high-speed development stage.Under this background,the country proposes supply-side structural reforms.As an important part of the national economy,Chinese fisheries will inevitably also implement this reform.The fishery industry structure is an important part of the reform process,which points out the direction for fishery development and research.Therefore,this article is based on the main historical background and perspectives of the current supply-side structural reforms,and elaborates relevant theories on the relevant theories,explores new ways to upgrade the industrial structure of fisheries,and uses relevant data for empirical analysis to find problems in the current fishery industrial structure..This provides a certain reference value for the restructuring of China’s fishery industry and structural reforms on the supply side.The main research questions in this paper are as follows:(1)Under the context of structural reforms on the supply side,how to optimize and upgrade the fishery industry structure;(2)Impacts of fishery industrial structure changes on the economic growth of fishery.The main research contents include:(1)Explaining the related theories of fishery industrial structure and supply-side structural reform,and constructing a new approach to fishery industrial structure upgrading from the perspective of supply-side structural reform;(2)Fisheries industries in coastal provinces,The current status and existing problems of production factors are analyzed,and a model is constructed to use dynamic panel regression to estimate the impact of changes in fishery industrial structure on fishery economic growth.The main research conclusions are summarized as follows:(1)Through the elaboration and analysis of the fishery industrial structure and the supply-sidestructural reform theory,we find that it is possible to promote the fishery industry by implementing the reform of the two ports at the production end and the factor end in the structural reform of the fishery supply side.The realization of structural heightening and rationalization promotes the optimization and upgrading of the fishery industry structure;(2)It has been found through empirical analysis that the current high level of fishery industry structure has been significantly improved,and has a positive promotion effect on fishery economic growth,but production The allocation of factors among various industries is unreasonable,which reduces the rationalization level of the fishery industry structure,and has a negative effect on the economic growth of fisheries,which makes the fishery industrial structure produce a“virtualization”phenomenon,which seriously restricts the development of fisheries.In addition,due to the fluctuation of fishery economic growth,the impact of rationalization of fishery industrial structure on the economic growth of fisheries is highly uncertain,and the high degree of industrial structure has always maintained a positive effect on fishery economic growth,and it is clearly superior to the fishery industry structure.rationalization.
