The ectomycorrhizal(ECM)fungal communities in the rhizospheric soil of Picea wilsonii,P.crassifolia,Larix gmelinii var.principis-rupprechtii,Pinus tabuliformis,Quercus mongolica,Betula platyphylla,B.dahurica and Populus davidiana in Inner Mongolia was investigated.Collected rhizospheric soil of trees from research regions of Heilihe Natural Reserve,Saihanwula Natural Reserve and Helanshan Natural Reserve.DNA ITS1 region of the fungi in rhizospheric soil were sequenced using the Illumina Mi Seq High-throughput sequencing platform, and the sequencing results can represent the natural situation.Filtered ECM fungi from the sequencing results, made statistics and obtained community structures of dominant ECM fungi. And combined with the testing of eight soil environmental factors: Ca,Mg,K,Na,total organic carbon(TC),total nitrogen(TN),total phosphorus(TP)and p H.Finally, find the main soil environmental factors causing the ECM fungi communites divergences in different sampling sites of the same tree species, and the main soil environmental factors causing the ECM fungi communites divergences of multiple tree species in the same sampling site, and obtained main results as follows:1.ECM fungi community structures in the rhizospheric soil of eight tree species show the basic feature of “a few dominant genera, and most rare genera”,and the component of fungi are mainly distributed in Basidiomycota,Agaricomycetes.2.Sequences of ECM fungi in the rhizospheric soil of Picea wilsonii from Saihanwula are divided into 264 OTUs,which belong to 2 phyla,6 classes,12 orders,25 families and 38 genera, and the predominant genera are Cortinarius and Russula.3.Sequences of ECM fungi in the rhizospheric soil of Picea crassifolia from Helanshan are divided into 316 OTUs,which belong to 2 phyla,5 classes,11 orders,23 families and 29 genera, and the predominant genus is Cortinarius.4.Sequences of ECM fungi in the rhizospheric soil of Larix gmelinii var.principis-rupprechtii from Helanshan,Daoxvgou Heilihe and Dabagou Heilihe are divided into 436 OTUs,which belong to 2 phyla,6 classes,12 orders,26 families and 41 genera.ECM fungi community structures of Helanshan and Daoxvgou Heilihe are more similar than Dabagou Heilihe, the predominant genera are Clavulina and Russula, and factors p H and Mg have main positive correlation effect on their community structures;the predominant genus of Dabagou Heilihe is Amphinema, and factors K and Ca have the main positive correlation effect on its community structure.5.Sequences of ECM fungi in the rhizospheric soil of Pinus tabuliformis of South temple Helanshan,North temple Helanshan and Heilihe are divided into 408 OTUs,which belong to 2 phyla,5 classes,11 orders,25 families and 38 genera.ECM fungi community structures of North temple Helanshan and Heilihe are more similar than South temple Helanshan, the predominant genera are Inocybe and Russula, and factors p H,K and TC have the main positive correlation effect on their community structures;the predominant genera of South temple Helanshan are Suillus and Cortinarius, and factors Ca,Mg,TN and TP have the main positive correlation effect on its community structure.6.Sequences of ECM fungi in the rhizospheric soil of Quercus mongolica of Heilihe and Saihanwula are divided into 260 OTUs,which belong to 2 phyla,5 classes,11 orders,23 families and 32 genera;for the community structures of them, the abundance and diversity of total ECM fungi and the diversity of dominant ECM genera of them are similar, but the abundance of dominant ECM genera is Saihanwula>Heilihe, and the predominant genera of them are different: Heilihe is Cortinarius, and Saihanwula is Russula.7.Sequences of ECM fungi in the rhizospheric soil of Betula platyphylla of Helanshan,Heilihe and Saihanwula are divided into 404 OTUs,which belong to 2 phyla,6 classes,11 orders,25 families and 38 genera;ECM community structures of Heilihe and Saihanwula are more similar than Helanshan, the predominant genera are Russula and Clavulina, and factors p H and Na have the main positive correlation effect on their community structures;the predominant genera of Helanshan community are Cortinarius and Suillus, and factors Ca and Mg have the main positive correlation effect on its community structure.8.Sequences of ECM fungi in the rhizospheric soil of Betula dahurica of Heilihe and Saihanwula are divided into 379 OTUs,which belong to 2 phyla,6 classes,12 orders,24 families and 38 genera;ECM community structures of them are similar, and the predominant genus is Cortinarius.9.Sequences of ECM fungi in the rhizospheric soil of Populus davidiana of Heilihe and Saihanwula are divided into 407 OTUs,which belong to 2 phyla,6 classes,12 orders,26 families and 35 genera;ECM community structures of them are similar, and the predominant genus is Cortinarius.10.The total tree species distributed in Helanshan,Saihanwula or Heilihe are basically composed of ECM fungi Cortinarius and Russula in the rhizospheric soil.In Helanshan, the positive group is TP and TC,and the negative group is Ca,Mg,K and p H,and they are the main reason causing the ECM fungi community structures divergences of Picea crassifolia?Larix gmelinii var.principis-rupprechtii?Pinus tabuliformis?Betula platyphylla; In Helihe,p H and Ca have positive correlation effect on community structures of Quercus mongolica,Betula dahurica and Populus davidiana, but negative to Larix gmelinii var.principis-rupprechtii;p H,Na and TC have positive correlation effect on community structures of Betula platyphylla and B.dahurica;TP and Na have positive correlation effect on the Larix gmelinii var.principis-rupprechtii community structure, but negative to Quercus mongolica,Betula dahurica and Populus davidiana; In Saihanwula,Na and K have positive correlation effect on the community structures of Picea wilsonii,Quercus mongolica,Betula platyphylla,B.dahurica and Populus davidiana, but Ca,TP and TN have negative effect on them.
