Research On Isolation,Classification And Biological Activity Of Entomogenous Fungi Insoils From Fujian,Guangdong And Hainan Province,China

Entomogenous fungi are the largest microbal classes of insect pathogens.Mycoinsecticides has been extensively applied in biological control of agricultural and forest pests.Entomogenous fungi exist widly in soil and community have significant difference depend on different ecological environment.Fujian,Guangdong and Hainan locate in Chinese southeastern coastal areas which climate is warm and wet,and the biodiversity is abundant.It's benefic to isolate good strains resistant to high temperature and humidity.This paper focus on the research on species,distribution and bioactivity on isolated entomogenous fungi.In order to search special biological activity entomogenous fungi in southeastern China,123 soil samples were collected from 98 areas in Fujian,Guangdong and Hainan province and selective culture medium were used to isolate entomogenous fungi.22 soil sample from cultivated land,like vegetable fields,wilderness,litchi orchard and banana fields,isolated more than two species entomogenous fungi.The other 25 sample from mountainous area like foot or slope of mountain and cultivated eucalyptus forest didn't isolate entomogenous fungi.Preliminary identification of these fungi based on their morphology,size and color of the colony and conidial morphology.Furthermore,the homology of ITS1-5.8S-ITS4 rDNA and beta tubulin gene were analyzed.From 123 soil samples in Fujian,Guangdong and Hainan province,121 strains and 9 genus were found,mainly about51 strains of Paecilomyces lilacinus(originally:Purpureocillium lilacinum,20 strains of Beauveria bassiana,15 strains of Isaria fumosorosea,12 strains of Metarhizium anisopliae,10 strains of Paecilomyces carneus,3strains of Paecilomyces marquandii,3strains of Pochonia chlamydosporia,2 strains of Pochonia bulbillosa(originally:Verticillium bulbillosum),astrain of Schizophyllum commune,astrain of Isaria javanicus(originally:Paecilomyces javanicus),astrain of Lecanicillium attenuatum,astrain of Lecanicillium psalliotae,astrain of Simplicillium lanosoniveum?Different 10 species,a strain of the Lp GD62 from L.psalliotae,a strain of the Pm GD01 from P.marquandii,a strain of the If GD07 from I.fumosorosea,a strain of Pc GD43 the P.chlamydosporia,a strain of the Pl HN09 from P.lilacinus,a strain of the If FJ05 from I.fumosorosea,a strain of the A.ochraceus from At HN09,a strain of the Pl HN01 from P.lilacinus,a strain of the Ma FJ07 from Metarhizium anisopliae.When the spore suspension concentration is 108 spores·m L-1,the corrected mortality of these strain is 88.44%,84.84%,82.90%,82.07%,78.96%,75.84%,73.96%,73.81%,69.98%,67.31%,respectively,after 10 d.The LT50 is 6.82 d,6.46 d,6.89 d,6.80 d,7.03 d,6.89 d,7.28 d,7.10 d,7.04 d,7.10 d,respectively.
