In this study,the morphology of hair follicle was observed by tissue biopsy,and the apoptosis law of hair follicle cells in rabbit skin follicle cycle was explored.The growth of rabbit hair was analyzed statistically and found that the growth status of hair and he law of apoptosis is consistent.Then differentially expressed genes in the critical period of apoptosis of hair follicle cells in rabbits were obtained by transcriptome sequencing.The differential expression of FGF5 and IL-1A were analyzed by the two genes related to apoptosis and hair growth and shedding.Finally,The SNP of IL-1A was analyzed and the effect of IL-1A mutation on the apoptosis of hair follicle cells in rabbits was investigated.First: Through the comparison of the growth rules of rabbit hairs and the observation of tissue sections,it was found that short hair rabbit hair follicle in the fourth week began to enter catagen,hair follicle cell apoptosis increased,the hair follicle reached the peak and enter telogen in the sixth week,and the hair follicle cells of Angora rabbit did not change specially.Second: The differential expressed genes in sixth week of the hair follicle was analyzed by transcriptome sequencing technique,and 1002 differentially expressed genes were obtained,including FGF5 and IL-1A.Third: The differential expression analysis results of FGF5 and IL-1A was confirmed by qRT-PCR.The results showed that the expression of FGF5 in the long and short hair rabbits was different.The results were consistent with the results of transcriptome sequencing.And the results of IL-1A indicated that the difference expression in the long and short hair rabbits was not significant,the result was different from differential expression analysis results,which needed further studies.Forth: SNP analysis of a 79 bp long deletion site in rabbit IL-1A gene showed that this mutation had no significant effect on the apoptotic cycle of rabbit hair follicle.
