This experiment first through investigating the distribution and utilization status of main feed resources,to understand the main problems in utilization of feedsuttfs,Then collecting 126 feed raw materials in different soil type and varieties,and 40 agricultural processing products,determined the content of nutrients and trace element,analyzed the difference between feed ingredient to provide theoretical basis for utilizing feedstuff resources,and to improve the feed raw material database of Hunan province.Test 1 Investigation of the utilization status of main feed resources in Hunan ProvinceIn this study,the distribution,the demand and the utilization of the main feed resources in Hunan Province were analyzed by referring to the relevant literatures,the statistical yearbook of Hunan Province and the summary of the field survey.The study found that the rice resources in Hunan Province is rich,followed by corn,the distribution of the situation there are differences.According to the development of animal husbandry in Hunan Province,the demand of feed and the situation of feed resources were analyzed.The output of feed raw material in Hunan Province could only meet the actual demand of livestock and poultry by about 43%.Insufficient resources development and utilization of agricultural and sideline products,cake resource development technology backwardness,low utilization rate of roughage restricts the development of animal husbandry.In order to make reasonable use of existing feed resources,the nutrient of feed resources should be revised to clarify the effects of different soil types,different varieties and different sources on feed nutrient composition.Test 2 Study on the nutrition content of main feedstuffs in Hunan provinceIn this experiment,126 kinds of feedstuffs of different soil types and different varieties of maize and rice were analyzed,and 126 samples were collected.The regular composition and trace element content of feedstuff were analyzed.The results showed that:(1)The contents of DM,CP,EE,CF,Ash,ADF,NDF and Ca in maize were significantly affected by different soil types(P<0.05),and the variation coefficients of ADF and Ca were 15.38%,23.08%;The contents of GE,CP,EE,CF,Ash,ADF,NDF,Ca and P in rice were significantly affected by different soil types(P<0.05).The variation coefficients of Ash,Ca and P were 12.95% ?20% and 21.88% respectively.(2)There were significant differences among the nutritional components of different maize(P<0.05),The coefficients of variation of CF,Ca and P were the highest,which were 11.70%,27.27% and 19.35%,respectively.There were significant differences among the nutrient components of different rice varieties(P <0.05),The coefficient of variation of EE and Ca was the largest,which was 11.22% and 25.00%,respectively.(3)The content of trace elements in maize and paddy rice was determined according to the experiment.The results showed that the effect of soil type on trace element content in maize and paddy rice was significant(P<0.05);Under the same soil type,the effect of cultivars on the content of trace elements in maize and paddy rice was not significant(P>0.05).according to McDowell recommended trace elements content of feedstuffs(Cu<8mg/kg?Zn<30mg/kg?Fe<50mg/kg?Mn<40mg/kg?Se<0.05mg/kg),Maize,rice trace elements in the general law is: Fe,Se in corn is enough,Zn,Cu,Mn generally lack;Fe,Mn,Se in rice is enough,Zn,Cu is generally lacking.Test 3 Study on the nutrition content of main agricultural processing productsIn this experiment,the chemical composition and the content of trace elements in five different agricultural and sideline products of Hunan Province were determined by chemical analysis.The results showed that:(1)The variation of Ca content in rice bran was the highest,which was 11.11%.The other nutrient contents were different,but the variability was less than 10%.Different varieties of rice bran nutrition variability is small,are below 10%;The variability of the nutrient content of cottonseed meal in different sources was less than 10%.The variability of nutrient content of rapeseed meal in different origins was less than 5%.In general,the main nutrient content of feedstuffs in five different sources in Hunan Province varied little and fluctuated within a small range.(2)The variability of Cu and Se in different sources was 34.27% and 27.91%,and the variability of the remaining elements was below 10%.The variability of Cu content in different rice bran was 36.12%,followed by Se content,The variability of 21.74%,the rest of the element variability were less than 10%;soybean meal Cu and Se content variation is large,11.59% and 22.22%,the remaining element variability were less than 10%;cottonseed meal Cu and Se content The variation of Cu and Se in rapeseed meal was 14.47% and 17.87%,and the variation of other elements was less than 10%.In general,the variation of trace elements Cu and Se in different kinds of processed by-products was more than 10%,and the variation of Fe,Mn and Zn was less than 10%.In summary,The main feed resources in Hunan Province were different in distribution,and the nutrient of feed resources was different due to soil structure,variety characteristics and different sources.The effects of different soil types and different varieties on the conventional nutrient of maize and rice were significant,and the effect of soil type on the content of trace elements in maize and paddy rice was significant(P<0.05).Under the same soil type,the cultivars had different effects on maize and rice The effect of trace element content was not significant(P>0.05).Different sources have little effect on the main conventional nutrient components of processing byproducts,and the influence of Cu and Se on trace elements is more than 10%.
