When China’s ocean fishery began in 1985,there were ships operating in Guinea-Bissau,Guinea,and Sierra Leone.According to the China Fisheries Development Report released by the China Ocean Fisheries Association,as of 2015,there were 202 vessels in China’s fishing operations in the three countries.In addition,about 190 foreign fishing boats operate seasonally in the three countries each year.At present,China Aquatic Products Co.,Ltd.currently has 40 bottom trawlers on three fisheries.Among them,fishing vessels operating in Guinea Bissau fishery will be divided into two types of tail trawls and double trawls according to changes in seasons;operations in fisheries in Sierra Leone The boats are all trawled in pairs and the main target is shrimp.Domestic research on fisheries in the three countries was mainly concentrated around the year 2000.Research in recent years has been relatively small.As the three countries’annual production has decreased,the number of ships has increased,and the cost of ships has increased,the distribution of fishing grounds and distribution of fishing vessels to the country have been known.It is important to maximize the company’s profits in different seasons and quarters.This article will analyze the fishery production of the three countries through the analysis of production and reprint data,in order to provide reasonable suggestions for the future allocation of fishing vessels in the sea area.According to Chinese Fisheries Corporation in West Africa three countries’vessels efffort in 2011~2017 years,the annual average operating costs of fishing vessels operating in three countries,the average price of different species and ocean environmental data from the United States NOAA OceanWatch website(http://oceanwatch.pifsc.noaa.gov/las/servlets/dataset),using EXCEL for statisticing the effort of the fishing vessl in three countries,using Excel and ArcMap to analysis the realation between the fishing center position and time,through the Vlookup function in Excel,central fisheries and environmental data,environmental data such that each position has a corresponding data.The calculation of four kinds of high economic value of catches such as common cuttlefish,octopus,ombrine and pink prawn in the name of CPUE,by the time(year,month),space(longitude and latitude),environmental factors(sea surface temperature,sea surface chlorophyll)to construct the GLM model,the GLM variable parameters in the model were added to the GAM model for CPUE standard the minimum value of AIC is selected,the optimal model,analysis of the relationship between environmental factors on CPUE.It provides a scientific basis for the reasonable production of the operating ships of the Three countries in the future.The main conclusions obtained in this study are as follows:(1)Analyze the fishing data and reprint data of vessels operating in Guinea-Bissau,Guinea,and Sierra Leone from 2011 to 2017.We believe that the fishing seasons of the three countries will be from August to November,and the main targets It is the demersal fish and cephalopods,in which the proportion of bottom fish is relatively high.(2)According to the three fish production from 2011 to 2017,analysis in different periods of change.Think seven years the bottom fish production is relatively well,and in the fourth quarter of each year production accounted for the highest;The proportion of middle-level fish production is declining every year,and its high yield is in the first and fourth quarters.The proportion of cephalopods is also higher,and the proportion in the last two years is increasing,and its high yield is in the second quarter.The proportion of crustaceans has been relatively low in the past 7 years,with high production in the third and fourth quarters.The other species are relatively little and have no obvious fluctuations.(3)According to ships the spatial distribution of the fishing vessel in three countries from 2011 to 2017,find the assignments are mainly concentrated from 10°30’N,16°10′W to 11°45’N’11°17’W along the long and narrow area in Guinea Bissau;fishing vessel are mainly concentrated from 09°30’N 10°00’N to 15°50’W 15°50′W,transverse strip area in Guniea.Sierra ships are mainly concentrated from 8°00’N 13°30′W to 08°10’N14°00′W’s coastal waters.(4)Select four typicality of economic fish using the GLM and GAM model to analysis.The result is that SST and chlorophyll-a has great influence to the common cuttlefish,think its optimum temperature in the 26~27℃and the optimal chlorophyll-a is in 5~20 mg/m~3.SST and chlorophyll-a also has an effect on the octopus,the SST into plummeted after more than 28℃,the yield increased with the increase of chlorophyll-a reduced;Chlorophyll-a and SST have an influence on ombrine,positively correlated with chlorophyll-a,its optimal SST is 22~25℃;SST is positively correlated with the effect of erythema on pink prawn.(5)According to the informed of the parameters in the three coutries and the difference price of fish with the local fishery regulations and fishing license,to analyze the ship scheduling and production efficiency,Considered that nine ships from Sierra Leone could be deployed into the Guinean waters in May of the second quarter and retreated to Sierra Leone in June;Guinean vessels transferred six ships to Guinea-Bissau and Sierra Leone in June,respectively,in July.It is still operating in Guinea-Bissau and Sierra Leone until the resettlement of Guinea in September;in October,2 ships from Sierra Leone and Guinea can be transferred to Guinea-Bissau and returned in November.In the second and third season,the vessels can be transferred to 10°53’N 16°45’W、09°44′N 15°27′W、08°15′N 13°25′W to fish.In the final season,the vessels can be transferred to 11°15′N 16°50′W、09°42’N 15°19’W to fish to increase the profits.
