Mucosal immune system includes skin, gill, intestinal and Urinary System. This system is important for aquaculture, which not only directly interact with sea water, but also act as the first barrier against pathogen invasion. For those research of teleost's immune system, researcher usually focus on traditional immune organism or tissue like spleen or thymus. However, the mechanism of mucosal immune system is still unclear. In this paper,we use RNA-Seq to profile the overall landscape of the immune response after C.irritans‘s infection. The KEGG pathway enrichment analysis revealed that the Complements,Chemokines(CKs)and chemokine receptors(CRs)and Toll-like receptor signaling pathway are significant enriched. We also sorted a list of differential expression genes to cluster for further research. While processing RNA-Seq data,we implement a Python network and visualization package, which speed up our procedure of processing those data in remote server. After the sequence analysis of BCR co-receptors and CD40/CD40 l,we report EcIFITM1 and EcCD81.Homology analysis revealed that EcCD81 share high sequence with other species. The tissue distribution analysis showed that these genes had a higher expression level in thymus and gill.As for skin, the expression level is ~2 fold higher than muscle, which indicate that there should be some B cell in the normal skin. The qRT-PCR result revealed that those genes were up-regulated after the infection,we indicate the possibility of local activation of T cell in skin.
