This study analyzes the milk yield and compositi on of Holstein dairy cows from 2012 t o 2017 in the Haigao ani mal husbandr y of Liangcheng County,Wulancha bu City, and discusses the seasonal variation of milk production and milk composition of Holstein dairy cows in this area.To provide a scientific basis for the i mprovement of the feed nutrient regulation ability of pasture and the e ffe ctive and reasonable supply of raw milk. The results show:1.Milk production increased significantly from lat e February, reaching the highest level of milk production in June and July,or an increase of 8%.The di ffer ence was significant at P< 0.05;it began to decline at the e nd o f Septe mber and reached milk production in Nove mber a nd Dece mbe r.The a mount wa s the lowe st with a decrease of 7%,with a significant differenc e of P<0.05.2.The trend of seasonal changes in milk fat percentage, milk protein rate, and milk e nergy are opposite t o the seas onal changes in milk production, that is,they ha ve droppe d significa ntly since January of each year and reache d the lowest mil k composition in July,a drop of 10%.%;Since August,it has risen significantly, reaching the highest level of milk in December,an increase of 11%.3.There is no significant difference in the production of various component s of milk in each month of each year, which is related to the concentration effect.4.Milk pr oduction i s related to changes in energy and te mperature per kilogra m of milk,a nd it is more likely to affect milk production and energy per kilogra m of milk when winter temper atures drop.5.Milk yield,4% standard mi lk,and energy calibration standards The overall milk production changes with se asonal trends are ba sically the sa me,but the change in milk production is greater than 4%.Standard Milk and Energy Ca libration Standard Milk produc tion. The magnitude of change.
