| Root system is an important functional organ for plants to absorb,dredge,synthesize,store,fix and support,including coarse roots and fine roots.Fine roots,the root of more than 2mm in diameter,can absorb deep soil moisture well and transport it to the smallest part of the plant,which plays a key role in plant growth and development.Caragana korshinskii Kom.,as the main tree species in arid and semi-arid areas,it has developed roots,strong ability to resist drought and barren,can adapt to the environment well,but perennial Caragana korshinskii Kom.,often has some problems after 6-8 years,such as growth decline and productivity decline,resulting in waste of resources.A large number of studies have shown that the management of stubble can not only promote the regeneration of the upper part of the plant and the growth of the root system,but also enhance its ability to prevent wind and sand,and keep the soil and water.However,the study of stubble mainly focuses on the aboveground parts of plants,such as branches,leaves,etc.and few reports on plant roots.Therefore,in order to explore the effect of the stubble on the temporal and spatial distribution characteristics of Caragana korshinskii Kom.root system,the physiological and biochemical characteristics of the root system and the growth characteristics of Caragana korshinskii Kom.,to reveal the significance of Caragana korshinskii Kom.stubble measures staggered zone vegetation rejuvenation of agriculture and animal husbandry in Inner Mongolia.In this paper,we take Caragana korshinskii Kom.which in Huang Hua Dian Zi River Basin,Inner Mongolia as the research object,used single factor micro root canal method to measure Caragana korshinskii Kom.root order,root growth,growth and death rate and so on,to analyze the temporal and spatial distribution characteristics of Caragana korshinskii Kom.fine roots.Finally,combined with the physiological and biochemical characteristics of roots,to analyze the growth of Caragana korshinskii Kom.after stubble synthetically.The results show that:(1)The diameter and length of fine roots of Caragana korshinskii Kom.increased with the order of root order,after root cutting,the diameter of fine root order in different grades is higherr than that of the control,the 5th order root diameter increased most significantly,increasing by 0.2 mm,the diameter of the 4 order root is less than that of the control.The order length increased with the increase of order length,only 5th-6th orders of root length changed the most,but they were not obvious,the 2-4 order root length is even more negligible than that of the control,and the length of 1 stage root sequence is lower than that of the control group.(2)Fine root of Caragana korshinskii Kom.in control group mainly concentrated in the 0-40 cm soil layer,but the fine roots of Caragana korshinskii Kom.that stubbled were not only distributed in the 0-40 cm soil layer but also in the 40-100 cm soil layers,the distribution of fine roots was obviously greater than that of the control.At the same time,the growth parameters of Caragana korshinskii Kom.were better than those of the control group.(3)The growth parameters of fine root of Caragana korshinskii Kom.showed a single peak dynamic change at 4-10 month.and the growth parameters of Caragana korshinskii Kom.after flat stubble were all larger than those of control.In the growth parameters,the current growth rate and growth rate showed a trend of increasing and then decreasing,reaching a peak in July,the rate of death increased gradually with time.(4)The metabolism ability and vitality of Caragana korshinskii Kom.root system were enhanced after flat stubble,it showed that the activity of fine roots increased by 63.24% compared with the control,and catalase and superoxide dismutase increased by 14.46% and 8.59% respectively;but the degree of membrane permeability and cell senescence decreased.It showed the relative conductivity,proline and peroxidase were 37.52%,32.11% and 57.47% lower than that of CK,respectively.In summary,flat stubble can effectively improve the resistance of root system,make the root growth faster,promote the growth of Caragana korshinskii Kom.plants,and give full play to the ecological function. |
