Due to the rapid growth of urbanization leve l and the improvement of people's living standard,people's pursuit of beauty is also improving at the present stage,which requires the diversity and richness of urban landscaping and beautification.In order to solve the problems of less herbaceous ornamental flowers,poor stress resistance,frequent occurrence of pests and diseases and invasion of exotic plants,it is of great practical significance to develop wild germplasm resources of herbaceous flowers with strong adaptability,good decoration ability and convenient management.Based on the Tibetan Plateau wild herbaceous flower Gentianopsis paludosama as experimental materials,Set four 5x5 m2 community habitats samples?A,B,C,D?,The phenotypic characteristics and physiological and biochemical indexes of Gentianopsis paludosa in different community habitats were measured.The relationship between the diversity of community and the difference of plant growth and development was analyzed.Study on the introduction and domestication of wild herbaceous plants in plateau area and the feasibility of exploitation and utilization.Provide the basis for the exploration of the optimal plant growth environment.The results showed that:?1?Component traits:In different communities Gentianopsis paludosama plant roots,stems and leaves,flowers,and other kinds of component traits have significant difference?P<0.01?.In different communities,High light intensity is conducive to plant root length,leaf length,floral organs and other components of the elongation;Low light intensity inhibited the elongate growth of plant pedicels;while low soil water content could promote the number of plant roots and thousand seed weight.?2?Biomass and distribution ratio:There were significant differences in biomass and distribution ratio of Gentianopsis paludosama plant components in different communities?P<0.01?.In different communities,High light intensity is conducive to the accumulation of plant flower component biomass;low light intensity to the inhibitory effect on the accumulation of biomass of pedicel;soil moisture content is low in favor of plant roots,stems,leaves and accumulation of biomass components as well as the distribution and leaf component ratio on flower component and reproductive al ocation ratio significantly inhibited.?3?Physiological characteristics:In different communities Gentianopsis paludosa plant the activities of SOD,POD,CAT,T-AOC and H2O2,MDA,flavonoids,anthocyanins,TP,OPC contents were significantly different?P<0.05?.In different communities,High light strong help to increase the activity of CAT value,but for OPC and MDA in vivo,flavonoid accumulation inhibition;Low light intensity is beneficial to the accumulation of H2O2,anthocyanin content and the increase of T-AOC activity.Low soil water content was beneficial to the increase of SOD and POD activity and the accumulation of flavonoid content,but could inhibit the accumulation of anthocyanin content.?4?Photosynthetic Physiology:There were significant differences in Car?C hla?Chlb?Chl?a+b??Pn?Gs?Ci?Tr?WUE?Ls?LSP?LCP?AQE?Rd?Pmax in Gentianopsis paludosa plants in different communities?P<0.05?.In different communities,High light intensity is conducive to the increase of Ls value,but the inhibition of Car,Chla,C hlb,C hl?a+b?and the content of C i accumulation;Low light intensity is conducive to the increase of photosynthetic parameters such as Pn,Gs,Tr,LSP and Pmax.Low soil water content is conducive to the increase of Car,AQE and Rd,and the size of LCP is directly proportional to soil water content.In summary,Gentianopsis paludosa plants show remarkable phenotypic plasticity and physiological stress to different communities.They are a kind of wild herbaceous flowers with strong resistance and adaptability.They are suitable for introduction,domestication,cultivation and conservation.Therefore,in the process of artificial cultivation by increasing light intensity,can increase the floral organ size,improve its ornamental value,and reduce the so il moisture,can increase plant growth activity,the potential and value of Gentianopsis paludosa plants were fully utilized and the rational exploitation.
