With the increasing density of sea cucumber culture,water quality has become an important factor restricting the healthy breeding of sea cucumber.In this experiment,the experiment was conducted from January 2017 to December 2017 with three different water quality management models(natural tide,water feed machine,microporous explosion)in the aquaculture ponds,and its bottom water(water temperature,salinity,dissolved oxygen,suspended matter,ammonia nitrogen,nitrite,nitrate,phosphate,total nitrogen,total phosphorus),and sediment(The indexes of total nitrogen,total phosphorus,chlorophyll,chlorophyll,total organic carbon of organic matter,total organic carbon of organic matter,total nitrogen,total phosphorus,chlorophyll,organic matter and benthic diatom were monitored,and the effects of the three regulation methods on water quality were compared.The results were as follows:during the experiment,the change range of physical and chemical indexes of three kinds of sea cucumber aquaculture ponds: the range of water temperature change:-3.0-27.9 ?,the range of Salinity Change: 30.08-37.96 ‰,the range of dissolved oxygen: 4.2-13.9 mg/L,the variation range of chlorophyll content: 0.002-2.009 mu g/L,the variation range of suspended matter content: 4.3-20.9 mg/L,Change range of ammonia nitrogen content: 0.10-0.56 mg/L,nitrite content change range: 0-0.023 mg/L,nitrate content change range: 0.19-0.788 mg/L,phosphate content change range: 0.019-0.05 mg/L,total nitrogen content change range: 0.54-1.88 mg/L,total phosphorus content change range: 0.022-0.33 mg/L.The water temperature of the three kinds of ponds was different in March.The water temperature of the pond in the water raising machine was faster than the other two kinds of ponds,and the water temperature of the three ponds in the other months was basically the same.In the three ponds,the average salinity of the natural tidal ponds was the highest,the salinity of the pond in the water raising machine was between the two ponds,and the three kinds of ponds dissolved oxygen in winter.The range of seasonal variation is larger.In July,the natural pool dissolves obviously.The concentration of suspended matter in three kinds of ponds tends to be the same.The concentration of suspended matter in the pond in the water raising machine is obviously higher than that of the other two kinds of ponds in August;in the aspect of nitrate and active phosphorus,the annual mean value of the nitrate in the three kinds of ponds is the pond in the water raising machine.0.381 mg/L)bottom filled oxygen pond(0.409 mg/L)natural pond(0.410 mg/L),and the average annual average value of active phosphorus in three ponds was water raising machine pond(0.028 mg/L)> natural pond(0.027 mg/L)> microporous explosion pond(0.026 mg/L).The variation of chlorophyll in the two seasons was obvious in autumn and winter.The annual average value of the water raising machine pond > microporous aeration pond > natural pond,the total nitrogen content of the pond in the water raising machine was higher in May,the total nitrogen content in the three ponds was more obvious in the autumn,the total phosphorus content in the microporous aeration pond was the highest in July,and the three kinds of ponds in the other months were not significant.during the experiment,the variation range of physicochemical indexes of three kinds of sea cucumber ponds: the range of Chlorophyll Change: 0.27-1.86 ?g/L,the variation range of the demagnesia chlorophyll: 0.30-2.10 ?g/L,the range of organic carbon change: 0.040-1.52%,the range of organic matter: 0.070-2.62%.The total organic carbon trend of the three kinds of ponds was basically the same.The total organic carbon content in the natural pond was significantly different in October compared with the other two kinds of ponds.The average chlorophyll content in the pond in the water raising machine was higher than the other two kinds of ponds,and the highest value in the June.The variation trend of the chlorophyll content in the three ponds was the same.In June,the fluctuation range was larger,and the organic matter content of the pond was larger in October,and the change trend of the three ponds was basically the same in other months.The organic matter and the TOC content of the sediment in the sediment sediment are the pond of the microporous aeration pond.The chlorophyll and the chlorophyll content of the chlorophyll and the demagnesium are the pond > the microporous aeration pond > the natural pond.(3)during the test,the variation range of total nitrogen content: 1.099-1.860 mg/L,the change range of total phosphorus content: 0.0128-0.33 mg/L,the range of Chlorophyll Change: 0.270-1.220 g/L,and the range of organic matter: 0.070-2.320%.The content of organic matter in the surface of the reef surface was smaller than that in the natural pond,and the same as that in the pond.The annual change of chlorophyll content is similar to that of pond sediment.Benthic diatom species richness,water feeder pond > microporous aeration pond > natural pond.
