Our country has vast land and a large number of villages and towns.China’s rural traditional energy such as firewood and other crops,coal and other non renewable energy.The burning firewood leads to a sharp reduction in surface area greening.The growth rate of crops is far from enough to compensate for the amount of human use.Cause the gas environment pollution on the earth,self adjustment imbalance.The use of non renewable resources,such as coal,will only result in less and less reserves.And equipment that relies on non renewable resources must look for renewable alternatives.We hope that the emergence of new energy and use,can be used to reduce the amount of firewood,coal and other resources.Its emissions are less polluting to the environment.Therefore,what kind of new energy will replace the traditional energy will play an important role in the sustainable development of villages and towns in our country.In the process of gradually replacing traditional energy with new energy,it is necessary to carry out a scientific evaluation of the use of new energy sources.This paper describes a set of Struts framework based on MVC mode with complete function and management mode of B/S structure,using evaluation system.The system uses and estimates the new energy resources in Green villages and towns,and saves the data.The system is divided into four modules.Among them,the evaluation model of energy utilization in Green villages and towns in cold areas is used to evaluate the use of new energy utilization in villages and towns,using the techniques of Excel introduction,word export and Jfree Chart chart display.In this paper,analytic hierarchy process,fuzzy analytic hierarchy process and entropy technique are applied to realize the algorithm model of the main evaluation function of the system.The single index evaluation module of farm house evaluates the energy-related data of farm house.The administrative region management and user management module is the management module of the system,including the management of regional data and personnel management.The research and development of this system aims at the scholars who can make use of the energy in Green villages and towns,and can do the data calculation and analysis.For farmers,they can also evaluate farm houses.The algorithm for data calculation is transformed,and the accuracy of data is maintained.It can be used to analyze and evaluate the rural energy data accurately and systematically.
