Abstract/Summary:
In recent years,with the rapid economic and social development,people’s quality of life has been significantly improved,life levels and requirements have improved significantly.Especially in recent years,with the rapid rise of health of the wind,domestic and foreign demand for seafood reached an unprecedented height,it can be said that domestic and foreign seashell aquaculture industry is facing unprecedented opportunities.However,due to the traditional aquaculture industry depends on the degree of natural environment,if the natural disaster breeding yield will be significantly reduced,high risk of farming.Industrialized circulating aquaculture is a kind of controlled temperature breeding,which can realize the whole process control of seaweed in the growth stage and seaweed growth environment.It has the advantages of long breeding time,high breeding ability,energy saving and emission reduction,healthy breeding and low operating cost.Therefore,the study of circulating aquaculture has a high economic and social significance for the efficient and sustainable development of seafood industry.This project has developed a kind of seashell holding technology,that is,seashells temporary support base "sea water temperature control and recycling system." The system provides excellent aquaculture water quality and moderate temperature protection,developed a multi-purpose,multi-purpose circulation system.The system can effectively deal with the water pollution caused by mariculture,through the seawater recycling to avoid dependence on the sea water,a significant reduction in operating costs,fundamentally solve the current aquaculture industry is facing water quality and temperature control two big problem.In this paper,a total storage capacity of 2430 m3 was designed for the aquaculture conditions of seawater in the north.Sea water temperature control range of 0-35 ℃ or so,the system of cold water operating cost of 0.97 yuan / ton,compared to the traditional way,the water quality of the aquaculture water environment can maintain a level of sea water;The cost is reduced by 1.83 yuan /ton;the annual reduction of 7.86 tons of CO2,0.09 tons SO2,0.012 tons NOX,0.06 tons of dust;seawater temperature control and recycling system within the sea water circulation,the energy system internal exchange,the entire system is both a heat source and a cold source,greatly reducing the demand for cooling water.This system is environmentally friendly and environmentally friendly.In order to verify the reliability of the system,this paper chose one of the abalone species to keep the abalone.The use of seawater temperature control andrecycling system to control the temperature of the pool in the 10-20 ℃ range,the use of closed-loop farming technology abalone abalone.During the experiment period,the abalone grew well and the water quality of the aquaculture water met the requirement of abalone culture.The contents of ammonia nitrogen and nitrite nitrogen were within the safety limit.Compared with the traditional farming model,both in the growth of quality control,or in energy saving,environmental protection,circulating water culture has been incomparable superiority.In conclusion,the use of seawater temperature control and recycling system could effectively control the water quality and temperature of aquaculture water,making the breeding environment more conducive to the growth of aquaculture organisms,and effectively reduce the environmental pollution of the aquaculture industry,to meet the experimental design requirements.
