The anti clogging of embedded labyrinth channel drip emitter is influenced by the micro structure of emitter,sediment concentration of irrigation water and the system working pressure.To explore the impact of sediment concentration and the working pressure plugging rule on emitter and explore the method to improving the performance o f anti clogging of drip emitter.In this paper,take ?16 drip irrigation pipe and ?16 and ?20 combination of drip irrigation pipe as the research object,apply completely combination to test,sorting out the sediment particle size less than 0.10 mm.Prepare sediment concentration of muddy water of 1.00g/L,1.25g/L,1.50g/L,under the system working pressure of 25 kPa and 75 kPa respectively.By using Christiansen of coefficient uniformity and drip emitter relative flow analysis the anti clogging of ?16 drip irrigation pipe.After obtain the blocking rule of the ?16 drip irrigation pipe,relaying new ?16,and use ?20 drip irrigation pipe to replace ?16 drip irrigation pipe where the ?16 irrigation pipe plug emitters and forward after the extension of 750 mm ?16 drip irrigation pipe,form the combined drip irrigation pipe.Using the same test sediment concentration,the system pressure,the same test method and the same test index,obtain the emitter clogging rule of the combined drip irrigation pipe and the effect to improve the clogging performance of the combined drip irrigation pipe,to explore solutions of emitter clogging.And get the main results following:(1)When the system working pressure is 25 kPa,the blocked area of distribution is relatively concentrated,and relatively close to the end of the drip irrigation pipe;while the system working pressure is 75 kPa,blocked parts were scattered,and evenly distributed in the drip irrigation pipe.(2)The dripper clogging degree is not completely with the sediment concentration increased,part of a small concentration of muddy water blocking development faster than large concentration of muddy water,which means there are sensitive sediment concentration range easy to cause p emitter clogging.(3)When the system working pressure is 25 kPa and the sediment concentration is 1.25g/L,the anti clogging performance of the combined drip irrigation pipe with ?16 and ?20 is more obvious.When the system working pressure is 75 kPa,the anti clogging performance of the combined drip irrigation pipe is more obvious with the increase of sediment concentration.(4)Emitter is more clogged when the system working pressure is 75 kPa rather 25 kPa while under the same sediment concentration;the combined drip irrigation pipe can not only affect the anti clogging performance,also changing the emitter clogging type.(5)When the sediment concentration of irrigation water determination,we can optimize the combination of the system working pressure and irrigation pipe length to improve the anti clogging of emitter,and also consider the combination of different types of drip irrigation pipe to increase the anti clogging performance of emitters.
