| With the rapid development of the swine industry, the increase in scale and intensification, and the increase in stocking density, the harm caused by harmful factors to the herd has also occurred. In particular, diseases caused by certain pathogens have caused pigs to become infected. In addition to acute onset, most of them may manifest as latent infections, but they can cause damage to the internal organs of the animals and reduce the production performance. They can be broadly divided into three categories: respiratory diseases, digestive diseases, and reproductive disorders, among them, the respiratory system.Diseases are often overlooked clinically because of insignificant symptoms, resulting in serious loss of economic benefits for the farm.In this study, the status and statistics of the lung status of self-reproduced and self-slaughtered healthy pigs in a large-scale swine company were examined. The main pathogens in the lungs and lungs were examined for the detection of high-detection rates of Haemophilus parasuis.Separation and identification provide a direct basis for the company to pay attention to respiratory pathogen infection and improve meat safety in the breeding process. The study obtained the following results:1.Sensory quarantine and lesion evaluation were performed on the lungs of 3,000 slaughtered pigs. The results showed that there were 1822 healthy lungs, accounting for 60.7%(1822/3000)of the total observed lungs, and 1178 lesioned lungs, accounting for 39.3%(1178 /3000);Classification of lung lesions statistics,809 cases of pneumonia,342 cases of congestion and congestion of the lungs,262 cases of mixed infections;103 cases of emphysema;lesions of lung bronchial pneumonia assessment: the average lesion level was 0.4 Between 0 and 1 grade, mild bronchitis accounted for 89.63%,moderate accounted for 9.20%,severe bronchitis accounted for 1.17%;lesion lung pleurisy score: the average lesion grade was 0.084,between Between grade 0 and grade 1,primary pleuropneumonia accounted for 4.10%,grade II accounted for 1.27%,grade 3 accounted for 0.40%,and grade 4 accounted for 0.13%.2.PCR detection of pathogens collected from 80 lesions of lung tissue,16 positive copies of PCV2 in viral antigen, positive rate was 20%,no porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus was detected,Pseudorabies virus and swine influenza virus;39 positive for HPS in bacterial pathogens,36 for S.suis and 4 for M.pneumoniae, and the positive rates were 49%,45%,5%,Pasteurella multocida and Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae were not detected;PCV2 and SS,HPS,and Mhp combined infection rates accounted for 36%,23%,and 12.5% of the detected PCV2 positive numbers,respectively.3.Three HPS isolates were isolated from 39 HPS-positive pathogens. The drug susceptibility test results showed that the sensitive drugs were ceftazidime, ceftriaxone, ciprofloxacin and enrofloxacin;50% glycerol separation Strains can be preserved for 3 to 6 months, and have activity. The study found that there were more lesions in the lungs of slaughter pigs. The main types included pneumonia, hemorrhage of the lungs, and mixed types. The lesions had lower grades of bronchopneumonia and pleurisy;the major infections were HPS,SS,Mhp,and PCV2.More mixed infections. |
