Fisheries,the Production department which use waters to obtain economica valuable fish or other aquatic animals and plants.China is the world’s largest fishery producer.Under the situation that the total fishery production has increased year by year,its growth rate has shown a downward trend.The Ministry of Agriculture(2017)“The 13 th Five-Year Plan for Fisheries Development” clearly states :Although the total supply of aquatic products is adequate,its structure is still unreasonable,the mode of development is extensive,and the issues of imbalance,inconsistency,and unsustainability are very prominent,and the deep-seated contradictions in the development of fisheries are concentrated.Science and technology is the first driving force for development.The sustainable development of fisheries depends on fishery technology.In view of the current status of fishery development in China,fishery science and technology must be further promoted.Fisheries science and technology home project is an important measure for the promotion of fishery science and technology.This is the first policy proposed by the Ministry of Agriculture to solve the "last mile" of fishery technology promotion and the "last hurdle" for the transformation of fishery technology achievements.Jiangsu is a province with a relatively developed fishery and fishery economy in China,Multiple indicators at the top of the list.In 2004,the fishery science and technology household project was piloted in Jiangsu.It began to be implemented in scale in 2005,and reached full coverage by 2012.It has achieved remarkable results since its implementation.Y city is known as the hometown of fish and rice,Faces Huang Hai on east,Water network is densely distributeds,numerous rivers,and a wide range of fishery aquaculture,Since the introduction of fishery science and technology to households,the fishery economy has developed rapidly,and the utilization rate of science and technology is constantly increasing.However,there are still certain problems behind the prosperity and development,unbalanced regional development and low level of scale still constrain the development of Y city fishery economy,so it is imperative to promote fishery science and technology household project.Taking Y city’s Fishery Science and Technology project implementation as an entry point,uses interviews and questionnaires to investigate the county fishery bureaus,township agricultural technology extension centers,and fishery science and technology households in Y city,collecting a large number of relevant Y city.The first-hand materials for the implementation of the fishery science and technology household project,and the collected data and data are summarized and analyzed to understand the implementation content and implementation status of the Y city fishery science and technology project.Through research,it has been found that Y city fishery technology has a management system.Problems such as inadequate system,weak comprehensive capacity of demonstration households,lack of excellent executive teams,and shortage of funds,etc.,through the analysis of the causes of problems,recommendations from organizational leadership,execution teams,demonstration households,project funds,and promotion,etc.,with a view to passing Optimize the execution process to achieve the goal of optimizing the engineering effect.It is hoped that this study will provide feasible suggestions for the effective development of Y city fishery science and technology households,and provide reference opinions for optimizing the effectiveness of Y city fishery science and technology households,so as to make this work a new stage.
