Broomrape(Orobanche SPP)is one of the most dangerous weeds in China,which is widely distributed around the world and severely harm the agricultural production.At present,there is no effective measure in the world to prevent the emergence of new solutions.With the development of science and technology,new solutions have emerged In recent years,mainly by trapping crops and beneficial microorganism(which is benefit to plants).Biocontrol bacteria method which has been proven is scientifically and validly.In this study,we combined two methods of prevention and control,and used maize to trap the seeds bank in the soil and prevent them from parasitizing and promoting the growth of host plants.The experiments of three types of biocontrol microorganism(Streptomyces enissocaesilis 509),(Penicillium griseofulvum CF3)and(Streptomyces pactum Act12)on the growth of host plant sunflower and the inhibition of sunflower broomrape seed germination were conducted under the laboratory potted tray and two years rain shed pot experiment condition.As for sunflower broomrape the results are: Under CF3 and Act12 treatments,the number of broomrape shoot came up out of the ground and the total number of the broomrape shoot were all decreased significantly.For Xinkui no.6,the inhibition effect of CF3 on broomrape parasitism reached 74.4%,Act12 was 68.7% and 509 was 53.0%.Under the stress of broomrape parasitism,the biomass of biocontrol microorganism sunflower increased,and its root-shoot ratio also increased.Compared with the control,the increase in water content was significant,and the water content of bio-control microorganism treated sunflower aboveground and root were all over 70%.The number of aboveground and the total number of parasitic decreased significantly in 2017 and 2016.In 2017,the number of aboveground was 0 per pot under the treatment of biocontrol microorganism CF3 and Act12,under the treatment of biocontrol microorganism 509 is 2 per pot.In 2017,as for Xinkui number 6 the total number of parasites is 3?15 and 9 under the treatment of biocontrol microorganism CF3 509 and Act12.Compared with control,the total number of parasitic was reduced by 83.9%,30.8% and 57% respectively.Compared with 2016,the total number of sunflower broomrape in each treatment decreased significantly.As a result,the maize trap crop can significantly reduce the soil seed bank,while the CF3 and Act12 can be used as the antibacterial species for the prevention of sunflower broomrape This study demonstrated that CF3 and Act12 displayed potential for the biocontrol of sunflower broomrape.As for sunflower broomrape the results indicated that: Under bio-control microorganism and silage maize treatment,the number of aegyptiaca broomrape came up out of the ground and the total number of the aegyptiaca broomrape were all decreased predominantly.The number of aegyptiaca broomrape came up out of the ground were siginificantly decreased in the year of 2017 for Kenfan no.2(92.7%),K87-5(88.4%)and IVF6172(86.8%)when it was compared with the year of 2016.In 2016 there was no significant difference between the bio-control bacteria treatment compared with CK,after maize trap,unearthed broomrape number decreased significantly in 2017,including Kenfan Number 2's CF3,509 and Act12 treatment compared with the same treatment in 2016,its decreased by 93.3%,94.0% and 89.1% respectively.Application of bio-control bacteria Act12,K87-5's root dry weight growth rate is 118.3% compared with controls.After the inoculation of the bio-control microorganism in 2017,the growth rate of the red fruits are significantly increased.Silage maize can reduce the number of aegyptiaca broomrape soil seeds bank,the biomass and output of bio-control microorganism processing-tomato has increased,and the treatment of bio-control microorganism promoted fruit mature.This study demonstrated that the new agricultural management by using bio-control microorganism and sequential cropping silage maize displayed potential for the biocontrol of Phelipanche aegyptiaca Pers.
