Analysis Of Utilization Potential Of Livestock Manure Fertilizer In Liaoning Province

The research on resource utilization of livestock and poultry manure began in 1840 s,the initial research results shows that livestock and poultry manure could be a kind of biological resource with economic and environmental benefits.In the early days of our country,livestock and poultry manure resources were only discarded as a kind of pollution source,and they were not effectively utilized.With the development of economy,the pressure of ecological environment is gradually increasing.The rise of biological resources has also made the utilization of livestock and poultry excrement get the attention and receive research development.The national Ministry of agriculture,the Environmental Protection Department and the People's Government of various provinces and cities have introduced the opinions and documents of the comprehensive utilization of livestock and poultry excrement resources.The work of the utilization of livestock and poultry manure is included in the "13th Five-Year" plan.These actions fully reflect the comprehensive utilization of livestock and poultry excrement resources is an important problem to be solved urgently.Manure can effectively improve soil properties,increase production and increase income,reduce the land erosion and damage caused by chemical fertilizer,increase the fertility of the land,at the same time,it can also reduce the loss of nutrients effectively.Compared with the utilization of energy and fodder,livestock and poultry manure,serving as the nutrient material of agricultural production,is the most environmental and the most capable way of manure disposal that will reflect the recycling agricultural economy.In addition,the most important way to deal with livestock manure in Northeast China still is about farmland,which means providing nutrients for the growth of crops.Therefore,the potential of fertilizer utilization in livestock and poultry manure resources in Liaoning province is of fundamental significance for the comprehensive utilization of livestock and poultry wastes in Liaoning province.The potentiality analysis of livestock and poultry manure can let us master the current status of livestock and poultry excrement resources in Liaoning Province on the whole.And on this basis,the analysis of its utilization potential can provide policy guidance to the ways and means suitable for the utilization of livestock and poultry excrement in Liaoning province.It plays an important role in the restoration and protection of the ecological environment,the healthy and sustainable development of livestock and poultry industry,and soil conservation in planting industry.There are six chapters in this paper.The core chapters are the third or fourth and the fifth chapters.The main contents are as follows: the third chapter is the general situation of Liaoning province and the general situation of the industry of livestock and poultry breeding;the fourth chapter is the potential analysis of Livestock Manure Fertilization in Liaoning province.First,based on the basic data of Liaoning Province,we use mathematical estimation method to estimate the quantity of the livestock and poultry feces resources as well as combine the mineralization of nitrogen with the true utilization rate of phosphorus and potassium nutrients to calculate the available nutrient content of livestock and poultry excrement resources in Liaoning province.Then we measure the fertilizer potential of the two aspects of substitution ratio of actual fertilizer application in Liaoning Province from the amount of livestock and poultry excrement and the available nutrient content.The fifth chapter is the analysis of the potential of fertilizer utilization for livestock and poultry manure in Liaoning province.We evaluate the fertilizer utilization potential by calculating the maximum consumption of different livestock and poultry manure resources when crop nutrient requirements are met and when the same amount of the agriculture are produced as well as the maximum contribution of nutrients in different livestock and poultry excrement resources.The results were as follows:(1)the total discharge of livestock and poultry excrement in Liaoning province in 2015 is 120852.9 thousand tons.The emissions of pig manure,cow dung and chicken manure are 30294.3 thousand tons and 68282.5 thousand tons,22276.1 thousand tons respectively.The cow dung is the largest contributor to the fecal resources of Liaoning province.(2)The total amount of nitrogen nutrients in livestock and poultry excrement resources is 22219.3 thousand tons,the total amount of phosphorus nutrient is 3006.4 thousand tons,and the total amount of potassium nutrient is 2051.7 thousand tons,and the available nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium nutrients are 1269.8 thousand tons,2104.5 thousand tons and 2501.7 thousand tons respectively.(3)In 2015,the substitution rates of actual fertilizer application of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium in livestock and poultry manure resources in 2015 are 338.29%,2547.8% and 1954.45% respectively.The total nutrient content of the three kinds of fecal resources is 8.57 times the actual amount of chemical fertilizer applied in that year.(4)The contents of available nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium in the livestock and poultry excrement resources of Liaoning Province in 2015 are 1.94 times,17.83 times and 19.54 times,the actual application amount of nitrogen fertilizer,phosphate fertilizer and potash fertilizer in the year.(5)The demand for crop nutrients of the same production of agricultural products in the same period is 1594 thousand tons of nitrogen,693.5 thousand tons of phosphorus and 178.3 thousand tons of potassium;In 2015,the largest possible consumption of different livestock and poultry excrement resources in Liaoning province are as follows: 24954.0 thousand tons of pig manure,66488.2 thousand tons of cow dung,28064.4 thousand tons of chicken manure,and the maximum possible consumption rates of the three were 82.37%,97.37% and 125.98% respectively.(6)The maximum total nutrient contribution of the pig manure resources in Liaoning Province in 2015 is 1527.3 thousand tons,the maximum total nutrient contribution of the cow dung resources is 2615.7 thousand tons,and the maximum total nutrient contribution of the chicken manure resources is 1455.5 thousand tons.(7)The fecal resources of livestock and poultry in Liaoning Province are abundant,and the potential of fertilizer utilization is great.But under the current crop planting structure,the amount of resources cannot be completely consumed through the way of fertilizer utilization.Finally,we summarize the corresponding conclusions and provide the corresponding policy recommendations.
