Antibody Detection And Integrated Control Of Major Reproductive Disordered Viral Diseases In Some Pig Farms Of Yan'an City

In the large-scale pig farm,the disease is more important and more serious.The most important reason for the healthy development of the pig industry is the proliferation of the disease.Vaccination is an effective way to prevent and control such diseases.Regular antibody detection for the immune pig farm,It is helpful to understand the antibody level of pigs,determine reasonable immunization time,and provide important basis for comprehensive prevention and control measures for pig farms.In order to understand the immune status of the main reproductive diseases of pigs in Yan 'An city,In this paper,2363 serum samples from the seven districts and counties of the city were tested for antibody(g B).To analyze the immune status of swine fever,porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome,porcine circovirus disease and swine pseudorabies.Results show:Detected four swine virus antibodies in serum samples were collected from The seven counties form scale pig farms(2363 samples)in Yan'An city and the results show that:(1)The average levels of CSFV antibody positive rates of piglets and sows in seven counties were 78.94% and 80.72%,respectively,and all reached the national eligibility rate.(2)he average positive rates of PRRSV antibody in piglets and sows in seven counties were 76.85% and 76.53%,But the positive rate of serum antibodies PRRSV in piglets from Zichang,Luochuan and Ansai farms and sows form Luochuan and Ansai farms were not 70%.(3)The positive rates of PCV antibody in piglets and sows in seven counties were 75.33% and 78.40%,respectively? Among them,the positive rate of serum antibody against PCV in piglets from Ansai pig farms and Zichang pig farms was not 70%.(4)The positive rates of PRV g B serum antibody in piglets and sows in seven counties were 79.74% and 81.37%,respectively,both the positive rate of PRV g B serum antibody of piglets and sows in Yanchang pig farm were not 70%.In order to explore the infection of four virus diseases and production performance of swine,integrated prevention and controled measures were initial taken in seven scale pig farms of Yan'An city.Including introduction,bio-security,vaccination,Immunoassay,medicines,based on antibody,pathogen detection and production results ultimately for final evaluation.The results showed that: CSFV,PRRSV,PRV,PCV were significantly reduced in antigen positive rate,there was a significant increase in antibody protection,the growth performance of the pigs also increased significantly,Including the average daily intake of commercial pigs.
