In order to clarify the influence of blood type on the yield and quality of rice in northeastern China,85 BC2F5 strains obtained from Sasanishiki×Habataki and back to Sasanishiki were selected as test materials and planted in Shenyang,Changchun, and Harbin, respectively. The proportion of molecular markers was used as an index to analyze the relationship between the type of blood and the yield and quality traits, and to determine the best combination of the karyotypes that could maximize the subspecies advantage under different ecological conditions. The main findings are as follows:1.The yield traits of BILs population were significantly different in different ecological regions, but the trend of significant differences was not completely consistent, indicating that environmental conditions had a significant effect on yield traits, but had different effects on yield traits.Among the quality traits of BILs,except for the differences in rice length, rice width, and aspect ratio between the regions, the differences among the other quality traits were significant, but there were significant differences in the differences between the cooking taste and chalkiness traits.Consistently, the differences in the significant differences among the other quality traits were inconsistent, suggesting that the rice length, rice width, and length-width ratio were mainly affected by genetic factors.Other quality traits were significantly affected by environmental factors, and the impact mechanisms were complex and needed further study.2.With the introduction of blood type, the BILs population significantly reduced the brown rice rate and rice width in the 1000-grain weight, economic coefficient and quality traits of the population yield traits, and significantly increased the aspect ratio and peak time, but the population The cooking and eating quality had no significant effect. In each ecological region, the correlation between the Indica-type frequency?Fi?and the traits of yield and quality was consistent, but the significance was different in different regions. This indicated that the yield traits of the community were influenced by both environmental factors and genetic factors. The yield and quality traits of most strains were between the parents, but some strains still showed positive and negative super-parent distribution.3.By increasing the number of effective panicles and grains per panicle in the BILs population, the yield of the population can be significantly increased compared to other yield component traits. The effects of population traits on quality traits were different. The processing quality was mainly affected by the number of grains per panicle and seed setting rate. The appearance quality was mainly affected by the number of effective panicles and1000-grain weight. The quality of cooking and eating was mainly affected by the number of panicles and panicles per panicle. The effect of grain number was significant, and the RVA characteristic value was mainly affected by grains per panicle, seed setting rate, and 103-grain weight.4.Comprehensive analysis can control the population of effective panicles, reduce the number of grains per panicle, increase the seed setting rate and 1000-grain weight, coordinate the relationship between yield and quality traits, and cultivate high-yield and high-quality rice varieties suitable for Northeast China.
