It is very important to study the effect of phosphorus application on phosphorus components in order to apply fertilizer rationally and improve the present situation of phosphorus fertilizer utilization.Fertilizer utilization ratio is an important basis for the recommendation of fertilizer application and an important index for the sustainable development of agricultural departments.However,it is difficult to determine the true phosphorus supply in soil,and the variation mechanism of fertilizer utilization efficiency is not clear.There are few studies on which or several of the components of soil phosphorus supply play a decisive role.Therefore,the relationship between soil phosphorus supply and crop phosphorus requirement is revealed,and the soil components that mainly affect the amount of soil phosphorus supply are identified.It is of great significance to improve soil fertility and to apply phosphorus fertilizer rationally.In this thesis,a pot experiment was conducted to determine the phosphorus components of soil and the biological indexes of wheat?phosphorus fertilizer utilization,grain yield,plant uptake and aboveground biomass?under different soil fertility.The soil phosphorus supply was estimated by the fertilizer effect function mapping method,and the variation mechanism of phosphorus fertilizer utilization rate was studied,and the brown soil soil was studied.The relationship between the phosphorus components and the amount of phosphorus supply.The following conclusions are obtained:1.The components of soil and the biological indexes of wheat were higher,but the content of soil available P,plant phosphorus uptake and wheat biological indexes were higher than those of high organic fertilizer area in the organic fertilizer area,and the other phosphorus components were the largest in the high organic fertilizer area.2.Through the characteristic of effect function,it can be seen that the yield of unit phosphorus fertilizer produced by M1NPK is the highest and CK is the smallest.And low fertility area>high fertility area>fertilizer area.Under the same soil condition,the utilization rate decreased with the increase of phosphate fertilizer.When the soil fertility is different under different long-term fertilization measures,the agronomic efficiency of phosphate fertilizer is affected by the phosphorus demand of crops.3.Brown soil long-term location fertilizer experiment was 325.6kg·hm-2,and the mean U0 of phosphorus uptake by non phosphorus treatment was 129.8 kg·hm-2.The difference range was 73.5 to 251.9 kg·hm-2,and the change range was large,and it could not be used as the index of soil phosphorus supply.And the phosphorus supply of different fertility soils showed a trend of low fertility area>high fertility area>fertilizer area compared with P S.4.Through the comprehensive analysis of three indexes of U0,Pmax and PS,the correlation coefficient of U0/PS and phosphate fertilizer utilization ratio RE is 0.766,the correlation coefficient of Pmax/PS and phosphate fertilizer utilization ratio RE is 0.825,and U0/PS and Pmax/PS and REP y of the dependent variable are set up by the linear regression model of two Yuan:the normalized correlation coefficient of y=15.87+11.90x1+1.58x2 is0.916.It shows that U0/PS and Pmax/PS can provide a relatively complete explanation for the variation mechanism of phosphorus utilization rate from two aspects,which are soil phosphorus supplying capacity and crop phosphorus requirement intensity.5.The R2 of Al-P,Fe-P and Ca2-P components in soil inorganic phosphorus components of soil for long-term location test of soil is 0.957 R2 for soil phosphorus supply PS.The R2 of medium and medium stable organophosphorus and medium stable organophosphorus organophosphorus components to soil phosphorus supply PS is 0.937.Through stepwise regression analysis,the final result is that Al-P,Fe-P and MLOP are the main components of the soil phosphorus supply PS,the correlation coefficient of the final equation reaches 0.998,and the single phosphorus component can not completely explain the amount of phosphorus in the soil.Effective fertilization can promote the absorption of phosphorus in soil and fertilizer,reduce the loss of nutrients,and provide a theoretical basis for the management of soil phosphorus,which can help agricultural production to increase production and efficiency.
