The interaction of auxin,ethephon,auxin and ethephon had a great influence on the root and stem development of soybean,which not only promotes the good growth of roots and stems,but also regulates the plant type of soybean.At the same time,synthetic auxin substances perfectly compensate for the limitations of endogenous hormones on production.At present,the use of hormones to chemically manipulate soybeans to change morphology and increase yield has become a hot research topic.This paper describes the research progress of phytohormones in physiology,the application of growth regulators in agriculture,and the application of growth regulators in soybean production in China.Meanwhile,the prospect of plant hormones on the improvement of important agronomic characters of soybean was also prospected.This paper studied the effects of different concentrations of IAA,ethephon,IAA and ethephon solution on the adventitious roots and stem development of two soybean varieties.External application of auxin and Ethephon can interact to affect the growth of adventitious roots and stems.Below are key research findings:1 The effects of different concentrations of IAA and ethephon on soybean adventitious roots were similar,the higher concentration of 400 umol/L showed inhibition,while the lower concentration of 200 umol/L showed promotion.When IAA treated 200umol/L,the adventitious root was the most,and the ethephon concentration was the highest at 100 umol/L.There are differences in the response of two varieties of soybeans after treatment,but the trend of the reaction is roughly the same.2 The relative balance of IAA and Ethephon and other hormones has an important effect on the growth of soybean root hair and stem.The interaction between auxin and Ethephon has an interaction.3 Both single IAA and ethephon may inhibit the elongation of hypocotyls of soybean cuttings.4 The epicotyl elongation length was highest in hormone treatment when the IAA concentration was 50 umol/L.However,when the IAA concentration was 400 umol/L,the length of the epicotyl elongation was the lowest in the hormone treatment and was lower than the control.The application of auxin may promote the elongation of the embryonic stem of soybean cuttings,which may affect the soybean plant type.The effect is high concentration inhibition and low concentration promotion.The effect of the external application of ethephon is similar.5 Ethephon has a certain effect on the elongation and development of the hypocotyls of soybean cuttings.Higher concentrations may play a role in inhibition,and low concentrations may play a role in promoting.6 In general,the mixture of exogenous ethephon and IAA may inhibit the elongation of the hypocotyls of the soybean cuttings.When the concentration of IAA is determined,the greater the ethephon concentration,the stronger the inhibition of stem elongation of soybean hypocotyls.
